I gave them 2 stars because it's a hit or miss with the drive through. I'm not sure if the older white woman with the resting B face is a new hire, I've seen her a handful of times, but the times I have seen her through the drive through, she is very rude. My first encounter with her was when she gave me my drink, I ordered a sweet tea, she handed me a non-sweet tea. I told her that this wasn't sweet and handed it back to her she made a huffing noise and took my drink and slammed the sliding drive through window. I looked on my receipt to check if it was ordered sweet and it was, so the error was not on my end. She gave me the tea but it was over flowing, thankfully I have napkins in my car, I was able to wipe off the spill over. Then she handed my food and I said thank you and smiled at her and she said nothing back and closed the window quickly. Another time I went through the drive through, it was the same woman, she handed me my drink, this time correct and then handed me a box (my food order), I politely asked if she could put it in a bag for me (they do this often, but I don't want grease on my car seats so I always ask for bags), she rolled her eyes, slammed the sliding window i could hear her talking to someone on the other side, then she started laughing and then opened the window and handed me the bag with my order, I said "Thank you!" and she just slammed the window. There's a black male who works the drive through sometimes, he has tattoos on his arms, He is so nice! If they would have someone other than that woman work the drive through window, I would have given this place 4 stars (they do mess up my order from time to time, nothing hard, I always...
Read moreMy customer-centric exchange with the cashier today: Wait for employees to finish their conversation without acknowledging me, look up and wait for me to speak (I always make them do it in this game of chicken), finally I get a "yup" as an indicator that I should place my order. I place ny order in a normal exchange and pay, she wraps my card in the receipt and hands it to me, walking off without a word as, apparently as the indicator that we're done here - you are dismissed. Someone from the kitchen brought me my food, which raised the service rating from 1 to 3. Finally, the food - apparently nuked/warmed up cheese sticks.
Would you call that good customer service, leaving the customer feeling valued and fostering an atmosphere that would drive repeat business? Ummm - nope. I think I'm done here. Take lessons on how to do this from. The Ardmore...
Read moreWhen we went today, we spoke on the intercom, and the lady talking couldn’t here us. We asked if we should come up to the window. But she just said “do whatever” which was kinda off. When we pulled up to the window, we asked who was there and the person at the window was the same person. She was a Mexican lady who was short snd had crooked teeth. We told them nicely, that they sounded a little rude. Then they said that they couldn’t hear us in a rude way. When we tried to speak on the matter again, they slammed the window. After about a minute, the younger lady with glasses. She said she also couldn’t hear us but it sounded kinda rude an un professional, so we just left. And this has happened frequently. We are no longer going to go to the...
