I just learned about this new restaurant in Southlake. We went as a party of four and had an amazing dinner. We had made a reservation and were welcomed at the door and seated immediately. We were offered an option of where we wanted to sit as it was early in the evening, which was nice. When you first walk in, you cannot help but notice all the amazing brightly colored prints on the wall of Istanbul. The Turkish lighting is also cool and is a little eye candy for the decor.

The wine selection that they have is from Turkey. We ordered two bottles of wine, one white and one red. Both wines tasted great and were a great accompaniment to our food.

I was visiting with our waitress because we wanted to try multiple items on the appetizer menu. She got us an appetizer plate with Turkish Salsa, Bobaganoush, Humus, and Tabouleh, along with Dolmas. This was a great way to try their dishes, and every one of them tasted great.

For my main meal, I got the Lamb Shank. The lamb was very tender and flavorful. The eggplant sauce served with it was amazing and added a lot of flavor to the dish. The dish comes with rice which is seasoned to be a delicious side. The dis was presented beautifully, making a treat for the eyes.

At the end, we had the Baklava for dessert, which was the perfect treat to wrap up the meal.

I highly recommend this new restaurant to others. They have an amazing staff, bold traditional flavors, and make authentic Mediterranean food that will excite you and make...

This was my family and I’s first time here and it was Absolutely AMAZING! I never really write restaurant reviews, but for this experience I just had to! Beautiful restaurant atmosphere and decor, super attentive servers with such a gracious/welcoming attitude with a smile on their face. The first thing that was served to us was water and their fresh in house bread that was hot from the oven and absolutely delicious! And when we finished it, the waitress asked if we wanted more, so attentive and caring. Our waters were never even a third empty because someone would come and fill it up. Amazing service! We then ordered the family style dinner option that’s $79 (which is such an amazing deal for all the food you get) it comes like a platter with beef, lamb, chicken, rice, sautéed veggies and pita bread…FANTASTIC! Everything is cooked to perfection from the meat to the rice, lots of flavor and is still healthy too. Says it feeds 4 people but this easily could feed 5,6 or even 7. We took our leftovers home so we had our food boxed up and the owner came and bagged our food for us and thanked us for coming. When we left we received such a kind goodbye from the staff and owners, such sweet and genuine people. I give this place 10/10 and will definitely be back. Also wanted to note, while looking at the menu, they great lunch specials! So I’ll be back to try those...

Review 2025: Seems the quality of food has gone down. I had a gyros plater and the meat was so dried out. The salad was good and so was the fries, they are always the best. What I did notice is they reprinted their menu and the Gyros sandwich is only available for lunch time. This was one of my favorite items to order, why limit a $12 plate to only lunch - it makes you look greedy. Service is good but slipped a bit as well, water glass was empty through my meal and not filled until they picked up the plates. Also seems portions are lacking while the prices have gone up a little (as expected). Consider offering two price levels for the plates if you need too but give those like me who like to eat, the options to buy a plate that will fill me up. Would also like to see table cleaning a bit more sanitary - rinse out the table rag between tables. Wipping down 4-5 tables without rinsing the rag is a bit disgusting when I see that while eating.

Previous Review: Very good Mediterranean food. They have choices for those highly aware of that's regions food as well as the more global/American selections. Service is fast, friendly and always following up to make sure you are pleased with the food and service. The dining area is very clean and the food is very reasonably priced (lamb, beef, etc.) and the flavoring...

Small family owned Mediterranean cafe. Place is clean, and without overwhelming decor, just enough to make it look well presentable. When we first stepped inside, we had a warm welcome and were well introduced to the menu. We ordered food to go: 1.Hummus with two pita breads (pita breads-tasty, round one was very good) 2.Trio-kebab platter (chicken gyro, chicken shish kebab, and gyro) all three meats were so delicious. 3.Adana kebab (two lamb skewers over white rice) it's ok. This place serves a large selection of food; salads, meats, dips, and fruits, also different types of baklavas. While we were waiting for our order, we were given a free hot tea with a cube of sugar on the side as a complementary. They do catering and service large groups of people, with gift cards and table reservations available for any occasions. Variety of beverages available from hot to cold to soft drinks. Tables were spread out enough to give you and your family some privacy while you enjoy your meal. The order transaction happens at your table, you keep your card at all times, what is a big plus and respect to this place. Overall this place is nice with delicious food to eat out!
