Taco Casa — Restaurant in Southlake

We were hoping to dine in at this location but we noticed that the lady at the register walked towards the dining area and did not wipe any tables after 3 people left and there were at least 3 designated tables to eat at but the 3 guys were all at 1 so I'm not sure why the other tables weren't wiped down so I kindly asked if there were going to wipe the tables so we can dine in and the lady says they just left but why weren't the other two tables cleaned off prior. It should be cleaned and sanitized as soon as customers leave due to the pandemic but it seems like for the lady its the last thing on her list of priorities. She actually told me I could have it to-go. Um I was with my family hoping to eat at a table since dine-in is open but I guess she doesn't want anyone to dine in for some reason. If I had an employee running out my customers like she did us I wouldn't be too happy. I didn't get her name but I sure can point her out. I've been typing this in and still the tables have not been wiped down and nothing has been swept. Horrible experience to come here if she is not corrected about this. Been along time since I was able to eat at a Taco Casa because where I have lived the last few years, there isn't any at all. I grew up in Texas, and we always went to Taco Casa. My issue with this one is when you used to buy the family packs of tacos and / or burritos, etc.. you would normally get a gallon of tea. This one does not do that as well as you have to buy your cup drink separately after spending almost $30 dollars I should get a drink. The food was really good, but the burritos have truly got over halfway smaller than I was used to. This is a great fast food stop, and definitely the best Taco Casa I’ve been to! Best customer service around, very friendly. At the front counter, Joshua has never met a stranger and will call you by name every time you visit. Don’t know how he remembers all the names, but he does. Always makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the building. The food comes out fast as well - usually before I’m finished paying! Can’t recommend this...
