UPDATE 12/17/2023: This location has been struggling for awhile now.
From cold food, to charging for fry sauce... This place needs to be looked into by corporate. The staff are very friendly most of the time, there are exceptions though.
ISSUES: My latest endeavor to this particular location was somewhat frightening. (1) I prefer Mountain Dew, but Mellow Yellow will suffice, EXCEPT when there are BLACK PARTICLES IN YOUR DRINK. I'm not sure the fountain drinks can be trusted here. I notified them of the issue and they did attempt to fix the problem immediately by cleaning the nozzle, but the issue persisted. (2) There must be a plumbing problem in the bathroom (ladies) because my wife indicated that there was a strong sewage smell that she encountered while using the restroom before eating. She lost her appetite after paying. She's also pregnant... bad smells and pregnancy do not go well together as most would know.
FOOD: My wife and I ordered basically the same thing, a butter burger value basket. When the food arrived, my burger was hot, while hers was somehow already room temperature. No one wants a room temp burger. The fries as usual were pretty good though.
Previous Review (6 years ago): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everytime I've been to this Culver's, the food has only one time came out bad. The manager was informed by their employee and rushed out a new set of food without me even needing to go up and tell them. They apologized and even gave us a free meal for the next visit.
Will definitely be coming here more and more. I work in customer service at a call center and this what it's all about.
You want good food? You come here and you'll get it with some patience. Don't be afraid to NICELY let the manager know that you've had a poor experience so far and they WILL reasonably make it right if you're willing to work with them. I fortunately haven't had to tell the manager that my service was bad, but I've seen a couple that did and, like I said, you tell them nicely, they'll make it right.
Previous Review: This place has really good food for a really good price. Doesn't feel like fast food when...
Read moreWe would go to our local Culver’s in another city very often for a concrete mixer. We decided to go to this location because we had a coupon. We got two concrete mixers. Completely different from one another. We got a Reece’s and I got pumpkin pecan. About 2 hours after eating it I started feeling sick. 3.5 hours later I was throwing up non stop, all night.. This was the only thing that I ate different from my family that whole day. Actually for the past few days. So I was very obvious I got it from the canned pumpkin or pecans. I’m 8 months pregnant and it was not a good couple days recovery. I called the next day when I had some energy to talk to them, just to inform them about it and the manager Nicole just kept insisting all the ingredients are fresh blah blah blah. Pretty much instead of saying sorry and offering a refund or some sort of apology, she just kept saying how the pumpkin comes from a can and everything else is fresh. Like as if it was impossible to have me get sick from their canned pumpkin. I wasn’t trying to be rude, I just wanted to inform them so that they could take precautionary measures to ensure no one else gets sick. I was very kind and she pretty much indirectly called me a liar. I almost ended up in labor and delivery to be put on fluids for Dehydration and she just wanted to make sure I knew her ingredients were fresh. Well if an open can of pumpkin sits out at room temp for more than a couple hours there’s always a chance of bacteria building. I was just shocked at the infallible attitude I got. Very...
Read moreCulvers is generally clutch. I used to live in Wisconsin and it's a reminder of home. I typically get it once a month. Was heading back to colorado and needed to get food before heading up the mountain. Stopped and went through the drive through. Food is always predictable. Something i didn't care for was the way they track your order number. The drive through attendant dropped the number placard through my door handle. I've never had that happen before at any fast food establishment. Gave me a bad taste. I dont particularly have the nicest car in the world but i do car for the appearance of my car. Those placards will do damage to the paint, especially if dropped through the door handle (i could understand if they were placed gently). It's just weird that this location does that and no other location i've ever been to has (i grew up on culvers. Have been to probably 100 culver locations in my life time). Easily had it well over 1,000 times.
During covid, culvers started using paper number that stick to your mirror. That was easier. Didn't have to worry about them scratching your paint. Before that, they'd give you the plastic placard and have you put it on your window.
I would suggest not putting the order cards on door handles. it will upset people with nicer cars. Go back to the paper stickers or all the customer to place the placard...
