I got a torch. After the first time of running out of butain I went to refill it and the torch blew up and was leaking. I went to get a new one and they told me I needed a receipt, didn't have one, so I just got a new torch. I went to refill it once again and it isn't working. I saved my receipt this time. They dont listen to you or cant find their own products. They say they got something when you ask... they put it in a bag and then once you get all the way home you see they put all the wrong products in your bag charged you and sent you home to find the problem hours later.... They should at least show you the tobacco products you asked for so the customer can see they got the right stuff..... instead of thinking they heard right when...
