79 Ramen & Poke Bar — Restaurant in Sparks

I had the spicy miso. Ramen was good favor was there and speed was great. When we sat down we were greeted by a sweet older lady who was super fast with the service. Once we put our orders in the food started fly. I got the cheese wontons, spicy miso, and a desert I can’t remember the name of. All was good quick and for the price felt reasonable. Absolutely amazing, the service is very nice and quick. The foods portion is big ,flavorful and can choose so many varieties.Restaurant made their own broths and recipes as well.Poke bowls are also fresh ingredients seafood, vegetables ,fish’s etc. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant itself is very lovely and comfortable and the food is very excellent and flavorful highly...

Service was alright. Went ahead and got the shoyu ramen. Not a whole lot of flavor and the noodles wer3 very chewy and didnt hold much of the broth's flavor. Temperature of the ramen wasnt hot, like it had been sitting and waiting for us to arrive for 30 minutes. Had some wontons too, those were okay.

Truthfully itd be a great spot if the broth had more flavor to it,...
