Terrible..can we give out zero stars.
I went to their website for a delivery. The delivery was canceled from PE and I was charged. I drove in on my lunch and waiting 15 minutes to talk with someone. She offered to have my money given back however the manager(liz)had to do it. In other words she was unable to give a refund. She saud would addres it the following day with her manager..
She also offered to give me the lunch at no charge for inconveniencing me. I had no desire for that lunch as it was sitting over an hour. Which was an 1 hour after the delivery time. I took it and could not eat it in good conscience due to health concerns.
I never received a phone call back from the manager. After 10 days I call and I am told I was talking to a manager and when I asked for her name she said she was a minor and could not give it out.
Not only did I not receive my food hot and on time. I was charged for a service charge and treated rudely by the store the 2nd time I addressed my concern with them. I was also inconvenience in leaving my workplace giving up my lunch to address a concern for not receiving my lunch and being charged for it.

Luckily we checked before driving away so I went back in and they gave it to me in a separate container. The second time they gave me the tiniest portions I have ever been given in the years I have gone to panda. My chow mein was all cabbage. I asked for extra teriyaki and I got 1 packet total. When you walk in to pick up your online order you are treated like a burden and they clearly hate online orders. If you hate them so much and they make your job so hard, don’t accept them! It’s not the fault of the customer who is just using a service you provide. I had gone to panda after going to get a medical test and spent the time waiting for my order bawling in my car. I didn’t want to stand in line holding back tears. So online ordering was the most convenient. You don’t know what is going on in people’s lives and why they are using online ordering. You should treat people with kindness and maybe get a different job if you’re unable to treat...
Read moreI do like Panda Express, and usually, this restaurant is busy. I figured I would get ahead of the crowd and download the app and place my order via it. Using the app was easy; it was everything that came after, that was a nightmare. I was given a pick up time of 1605hrs, and I arrived at the restaurant at 1605hrs. When I entered the restaurant it was not busy, the employees were standing around talking to each other. Three different employees questioned me if they could help me. I guess standing at the “Online order pickup” area wasn’t a giveaway. An employee finally stated that she had just started working on my order, but then stopped when other customers walked in. I asked the girl at the register for a refund because I was over it already. She alleged that she didn’t know how to perform that task.
