Crazy Bean Coffee — Restaurant in Sparks

First time customer today; Where has this place been all my life!?! Had to stop at a 711 to put air in my tire, when I went inside to get change i smelled the coffee and got that familiar craving... but im a coffee snob. 711 coffee just doesn't do it for me. So as I was filling my flat tire up i googled drive thru coffee near me. This place popped up literally in the same parking lot, lucky me! Checked out the menu to order online and I was so overwhelmed by my options I almost cried🥹 (in a good way!) It was like the first time I went to Scoopers for a milkshake when I was 7yo, once again a kid in a candy store!🥰 I couldn't even make the order online and had to skip the drive thru and actually interact with another human being! 😬 I got a jalapeño cheese bagel w/ cream cheese, a "don't be jelly" frappe (to share with a friend when I got home), and a custom order frappe/ protein shake concoction that literally🤯blew my mind!🤤 It started with a Chai Frappe as the base- dirty (+espresso), +pumpkin flavor, +salted caramel protein.... ERMAGHERD! so so so so good! I've never had a protein shake that I actually ENJOYED. every so often I'll find something that's edible, or just passes as decent.. But this was something different entirely! Besides the food items being PERFECTION, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of their items and options, and very helpful! I will DEFINITELY be returning! A lot!

0840 hrs. 7/26/25 went thru drive thru to get coffee (with cream), hot tea for friends and cold brew with cream for me. $13.51 total. McKenna the cashier amazing! Got the cream on the side for friends hot coffee, he took a drink of the 'milk' as that was what I was told it was. We pour some in his coffee, he took a drink, and we poured more in his coffee, and a big chunk of "milk" plopped in his cup. I smelled the milk, it was bad (he has no sense of smell). I tried calling the phone #,on the receipt, from Google and from Crazy Bean Coffee website. It's not the correct phone # I drove back to Crazy Bean Coffee, returned the remainder of my drink, he dumped his coffee/milk immediately and let them know to check their milk. I got "oh sorry about that" no offer of partial refund for spoiled ingredients, just oh sorry. When I asked about the phone #, was told oh yeah, the same people own Crazy Bean Coffee, and the Gun/Ammo/Shooting range that is in the same building, but you only have the option to speak to someone from the gun side, which I did, no offer to leave message for owners, called back, chose option to speak to one of the owners, and the same person Noah answered when I called earlier. Absolutely amazing! Both the drinks and the people! I don't review often, I'll be honest. But we've been going here for a couple months now (and still rarely get the same thing twice. So many customizations available. Fruity smoothies with some amino acid for energy, or mix it with red bull if you're into that (my bf loves it). Want some caffeinated coffees hot or cold? They got you. Want it flavored? Florally even? They got you. Frappes (made with ice cream so basically a shake if you don't add coffee 😉) Yum!! Not sure what you want? I'm sure if you're nice enough, they'll be even nicer to recommend something!! I speak from experience, I asked the other day for a floral latte and (honestly don't know what flavor/s she used) it was delicious! The other weekend I asked for a fruity refreshing smoothie (I'm usually always getting coffee) recommendation && was given this BEAUTIFULLY, taste bud loving, I was so happy, mix of Mango Peach Lemonade. Delicious!! We haven't ordered any of the food yet so I can't speak for that, but they have those options too! Have tried a sample of blueberry muffin, Yum! Got Kids? I don't.
