Bubble Tea Station — Restaurant in Sparks

Our first time coming here my son and I were kinds new to the whole milk tea/ boba thing so we had questions and the girl who helped us answered them but sort of reluctantly. I felt a little like we were bothering her, especially when, after we chose our drinks, I also ordered us each a crepe. She said it would be a half hour while they made them which didn't bother me (I think she hoped I would change my mind). Well they only took maybe 15 minutes at the most. She may have been having a bad day, she was nice she just seemed a little bothered. But are drinks were delicious for the most part our experience was a good one. My son loved it there and wanted to try another flavor so bad. So the other day we went in for our 2nd visit and this time with my nephew and it was a totally different experience! The customer service was phenomenal and when my son accidentally made a mess cause he used Hulk strength when he was poking the straw thru the sealed lid and it went thru of course and cracked the cup down the side spilling chocolate snow and popping boba all over the place haha my son felt so awful and embarrassed and the lady helping us was so kind to him and while her and I cleaned up the mess and reassured him that it was an accident, she had the other employee making him a new one and when i tried to pay for it she told me that it was okay and she did not charge us. As incredible as that part alone was, the fact that she was so sweet to my 7 year old son afterwards meant everything. They went above and beyond great customer service. Also, The prices are also really great for their drinks versus the prices of some of the other boba places in town. And during both visits our drinks were delicious and made well and quickly! We will definitely come back here whenever we want...

I've come here twice now, once around the time when they first opened and just today. I decided to give it another try since their reviews were 4 stars still. I was very disappointed both times. Their boba drinks are extremely sweet, almost syrup like to the point we can't even drink more than a few sips.

I've tried their fruit flavored teas to their hokkaido and Hong Kong tea. ..the fruit flavored one was super sweet and too overwhelming to the point you can't taste the green tea.

Hokkaido was extremely sweet, like simple syrup level. I had my friend try it and he had to spit it out.

Hong Kong sweetness level was okay, they brewed a fresh batch to make my drink and made d the ice to melt down, which probably lightened the sweet level. but the tea didn't taste freshly packaged, (kind of like the teas have been out of a vacuum seal for a while and has lost a lot of the pure tea flavor.

Boba was actually fine this time, not perfect but it was soft and chewy.

I won't be coming back again unfortunately, it's got a really cute interior and some fun desserts and drink options, but the flavor does not meet up to other great boba places I've tried around the west coast. Bubble tea should be a good balance of tea flavor, sweetness level, cream level, etc. Unfortunately they don't taste like what I was expecting, and I don't...

DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered my Boba over the phone. I went in to Pick it up, without my mask of course because I do not agree with this. The girls at the front we’re absolutely nasty with me as I remain calm and polite. They refused to serve me. I brought it to their attention that it was already paid for over the phone. I watched them make my Boba through the window. I am absolutely positive she leaned over And spit in one of the Boba’s just before it was sealed up. I still have it sealed and I am looking for a way to have it tested for saliva or DNA something, but it is absolutely disgusting the way I was treated and what she did. Do not trust this...
