I used to love target! This store is closest to my home. But there are some things that I donāt like about this particular store. First thing the manager.. I have gone in there with my kids and they are throwing a fit for any reason, and she has the nerve to talk about there āattitudeā really unprofessional. No need to comment on childrenās behavior. They are learning, and you are not helping.. I always see this same lady, and she recognizes me I know she does. One time my daughter picked out hair scrunchis, and when this manger rang us up, she told me she couldnāt sell them to us?! She took the hair scrunchis and my daughter had a meltdown because the lady kept them. And she was annoyed that my daughter was crying. Well you kept the item I was going to buy for her. When ever she sees us I can feel her annoyance.
Another thing I donāt like about target is that there price online is always lower then when you go to the store. Yes they will usally price match, but I feel like the company just does this on purpose in hopes that you donāt catch it. Every time the ring something up it will be more, so you literally have to make sure that it is the price you are expecting. I have bought $10 pillows and have been charged $30 with out realizing. They always do this! Kind of sketchy.
I do still tend to come here, but I have been avoiding the back electronic area because every time those people back there trying to sell you a new phone plan. āHey can I ask what phone plan you haveā they are so pushy and it ruins the whole target experience. I donāt like to be mean, but they are so pushy! I donāt want to talk about what phone...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is a hot mess. It's starts in the parking lot, it's very tight and cramped. Rows dedicated to online pickup orders. One of the worst target parking lots I used. Then you enter the store and the lighting is dark. As you go deeper into the store, it just gets darker. I just don't understand how the parking lot is so packed but the aisles are not really full of people. There was a light amount of people in the store, mostly congregated in self check out purgatory. The shelves are bare. No employee in sight that acknowledges any customer. Tons of metal racks in aisles, rarely a person by the racks. The racks are just in the way and clutter the store. No one manning the registers, so it's all self check out. Really tired of stores trying to make self check out a thing. Maybe dedicate one store location for online pickups that's just a warehouse and not an actual store. Target's in store experience has more than suffered, it's being killed off. If this is the way target is going, well, we'll be seeing stores start to close soon enough. It's no wonder I stopped shopping at target 4 years ago. I used to go weekly. Now I think I stumble in once a year just to remind myself why I don't shop here anymore. Oh, and most importantly, the prices are not great. Target went from fun to see what's new to, "we just want your money now leave." Soulless &...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI normally go to this target all the time because I live right next to it. I don't have a car and do ALL my shopping here including groceries. I'm in target at least once every other day. Well today I needed lemon juice and body wash. No big deal right? WRONG. I went to self checkout and as I'm putting my money into the machine the cashier in charge looked at my total and said is that on sale? I said no. She then proceeded to take MY PURCHASED ITEMS OUT OF MY BAG AND SCAN THEM IN HER REGISTER TO MAKE SURE I WASNT STEALING. Are you kidding me? She could have asked for my receipt. But no. At this point I'm angry and embarrassed. I went to customer service and told them what happened. The manager in charge Alex, told me that's her job. (Oh so they always just go they peoples bags and take stuff out?)So I asked to speak to another manager he offered me 20% of my stuff. NO. HOW ABOUT AN APOLOGY? they didn't even seem to care about my complaint. This target was my go to for anything I need. But I'm just going to Walmart from now on. At least they have there employees trained when it comes to stuff like this. Also I have called corporate, and they were mortified how I was treated. And I will also be going in tomorrow to speak with the...
