Burger King — Restaurant in Sparks

I’m very very disappointed. I order from here quite often using delivery, and I feel sorry to say but it’s wrong EVERY TIME. The food is always cold when we get it, the drinks are either melted, or the ice is melted. Tonight I ordered a coke slushee and it tasted exactly like very gross old lady perfume and even had a strong odor of old lady perfume, they forgot our cookies, wrong sauce for our nuggets, and my partners chicken sandwich had pickles on it when he only asked for ketchup. And the icing on top of the cake is they WONT EVEN ANSWER WHEN I CALL! I’m sad to say but I will not be ordering from here again. If I could give this place zero...

We wanted to go through the drive-thru but we could not figure it out. This is in a shopping center co-located with Th other fast food restaurants and souvenir shops. So we ended up going inside to dine in.

This Burger is huge and surprisingly clean. The lady that helped us was nice and friendly. There was no line so our food came fast. We ordered breakfast items. I got a bacon and cheese croissant which was very greasy. I also got their hash browns, which I love so much 10/10 for the hash brown. I like that they come in a bite size.

The new “manager” (a lady with a bad dye job of blonde hair with pink in it) was very aggressive and rude in the drive through. Pulling up I was greeted with “what do you want?” Then when proceeding to order a “whopper with ch-“ I was not allowed to even finish my sentence before she responded “meal?!”. I replied “no ma’m just a sandwich”. she then interrupted “ok, are you done?” I supposed I must be as I was too flustered to order anything else, so I paid for my food and left and sure enough, there was no cheese on my sandwich because this lady was too pushy to hear the rest of my order.
