Not sure why the low ratings. My smoothie is great, and it was fast. I asked for the pb banana protein smoothie but with soy protein and soy milk, and the employee must’ve inferred I was vegan because they let me know that smoothie comes with honey but I can swap to agave if I’d like. I would’ve never guessed it came with honey as I didn’t even see that on the actual website, so I’m super happy they went the extra step to let me know just because they picked up that I was probably vegan....

Absolutely terrible service by teenagers walking around with their hands in their pockets (unsanitary!) or on their cell phones. They had no idea how to make my smoothie so they had to refer to a cheat sheet, then filled the blender up. Instead of offering me the rest in a cup, which you're supposed to do, they tossed it in the trash. If I live to be 1000, I still wouldn't return. GO...
