Port of Subs — Restaurant in Reno

We didn't want too leave the casino for our last day in Reno, NV so went down stairs and found the Port of Subs, we had Justin help us out with our sandwiches and we got the 2 ft. sub deal with 4 bags of chips and 4 desserts. Justin was on it and was helping his cashier and prep person while fixing our turkey bacon avocado sub. As a fellow food service worker, he was multi-tasking and he should get a raise, it's hard too find a worker that can do that and still take care of the customer while chatting with us. Ordered from our room to pick up 2 sandwiches. Said 20 min wait. Went down to check on them and they hadn't even started them. Said 10 more mins. My husband left and came back to see them STILL making his sandwich which was missing one of the two meats that come on his sandwich. They said they were out. Saw him standing there and didn't think to let him know or ask him if he wanted something else instead. It's Sunday and took 4 employees 30+ mins to make two sandwiches when there was no else...

Wanted to grab two subs. Fine selecting at first, but they didn't properly ask me for what I wanted on my sub, like pickles or onions, and didn't even ask if I wanted it bake, making me feel rush. Then when paying, I got put on the damn spot when they pointed out about tipping, with everyone else around me. No that isn't optional, now I have too! Sub was terrible, and I regret going.
