Jimboy's Tacos — Restaurant in Sparks

The food was very nice we wanted to eat inside my uncle is handicapped we were going to spend a nice evening sitting down and eating except for there was two young boys in there that decided that the countertop was their drum set. I asked them to please stop doing this and they thought it was a game they kept doing it harder and harder there was a couple in the restaurant that we're trying to enjoy their meal I told the boys to please stop making this noise with the countertops they were banging on the countertops like they were in some sort of concert room. The young gentleman in the back did nothing to stop this they just kept letting them pound on the counter I told them you are disturbing everyone in here they never came out and asked them to please stop I know it is hard to get help these days but when someone sees that this is bothering people they should ask them to stop doing this this is not a playground for children we had to take our food and leave thanks for making our experience not a great one. The young girl who works the register needs to be let go. She's super rude, is apparently incapable of listening to what customers order, and then gave my wife a bunch of attitude when she wanted the order corrected.

My wife doesn't like the lettuce on her tacos. She reiterated 3 separate times that she didn't want the lettuce on her tacos (we've dealt with this girl before, and she messed up our order last time too). When the order came out, wouldn't you know, there was lettuce on the tacos. When we asked to have them remade without lettuce, the girl side-eyed my wife with enough attitude that even I noticed it and then went back and made jokes with the other kids working in the back and made comments about my wife in Spanish (my wife speaks enough Spanish to understand). When we got the corrected order, the girl was yet again super rude about it to my wife.

Bottom line, if we go back (probably will not for quite some time) and this girl is still there, we're leaving.

10/10 there needs to be some adult supervision of the kids who work here because you're going to turn off a lot...

My most recent experience was that I politely asked the counter staff person several times to hold just one thing from the item that I ordered as they had seemed to miss me asking them to hold it the last few times I ordered it. Not some huge list of modifications. Just leave off ONE thing. Usually I just pick it off when they don't hold it in spite of my asking. Having gone in to order at the counter this time and having felt I had made it very very clear what I wanted, I asked them to please fix it. My request was met with irritated eye rolls and huffing. I could forgive them making a mistake. I worked in food service for a very long time and I totally get that stuff happens. But their rudeness about it this last time has made up my mind never to return. (In addition to their general lack of basic courtesy during the ordering process etc that has been the norm there for a while.) It sucks because I used to really love it as a weekend...
