Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Sparks

I won a lunch and picked Mr Pickles. Heard great things looked at menu which looked great as well but when I printed off what I wanted and what I received were 2 entirely different things. Look at the French dip online and it looks incredible and sounds yummy... what I got was a dry dutch crunch roll with roast beef and non melted cheese, I asked for light onion and glad I did cause that was the only thing I tasted on the sandwich. I called to see if maybe I wasn't seeing it correctly. He said that was the California menu. Well sorry... it was the Sparks menu so I rechecked and it still shows with horseradish, creamy garlic sauce and sounded scrumptious. .. I truly do not recommend the sandwich I got. Worse thing was,, I hadn't eaten all day waiting for my free lunch. .. guess the old saying is you get what you pay for but my boss did pay a pretty penny for it cause Mr Pickles sandwiches are not cheap.. advise a different...

Live close by so thought I would stop in and try something different. They close at 4 o’clock we got there at 3:40 and was promptly told by the sandwich maker behind the counter that I would have to have my sandwich to go they are closing. My grandson who has a broken foot with me (7 yrs old)was looking forward to having his sandwich made the way he wanted it. The woman never asked what he wanted on his sandwich. She made the sandwich with just ham and one piece of Swiss no toppings or condiments didn’t even ask. Long story short, terrible customer service would not recommend going there. We had a work order for lunch, and my coworker went in to order. We had ten sandwhiches ordered. There was no rush and we made accommodations to do our best to make it easier for the store to get the orders completed. The people working would not stop making comments about how rude it was that the order was not called in first and how my coworker was standing there so they should give her an apron too so she could help. Great sandwiches, but please work on the customer service as most sandwhich shops won’t be ruined by an impromptu ten sandwhich order at lunch time.
