Just moved. Love the new neighborhood...EXCEPT STARBUCKS. Lines take forever here. My drink is incorrect more than half the time approx ~60%-70% of the time. I then have to wait BACK IN QUEUE to get my $6 drink. Ordering on mobile app is pointless due to the reasons above and half the baristas will set it back in the corner making you feel like an ass for asking for your drink. The other times are when it hasn't even been started, and again, look like an ass for asking for your drink. Then go back to step 1 of this review. The attitude - if I'm going to Mcburger's and paying $0.65 for my coffee then please give me that attitude. But $5.50 or sometimes $11 spent?! Yeah you better be synchronized dancing on the bar and whispering sweet caffeine nothing's in my ear or at least a hi, a hint of a smile, and a general idea that it's a fun place to be. I have yet to have a full week that turned out well at this location which brings me to the next point. This Starbucks has made me a better...Barista. I have now started to just make my drinks at home. It used to feel inconvenient, but really compared to this locations underwhelming service and quality, it's been so much better. I rarely get attitude from my coffee machine. Have saved not only $50 each week but have not had to worry about being late and starting my day on the wrong foot. -I may stop by on a weekend day, but on this beautiful Sunday, 25 of those minutes were spent with the incorrect drink being made. Had to grab the attention of the 5 workers messing around with each other (like seriously you had to notice me standing there). Then watch my drink like a hawk and feeling bad/sad it has come to this, which is the reason for deciding to write this review.
Is this the way you envision your...
Read moreI come to this Starbucks every single day. I work across the street. I come everyday and have rarely ever have a mistake to my order. So i was surprised when i asked for it to be remade the first time. I received a cold coffee instead of a hot coffee and was told i did not know how to order and that i needed to learn how to order my drink. I am very kind. I always tip $1 to my order and I order the same drink every single day. There is a blonde employee in this store. Who has been very rude to me? Every single time I have had to ask for my drink. To be remade, she has made a rude comment. First, she told me I needed to learn how to order my drink. And today october sixteenth she looked at her friend and told hercowroker my order was not worth it.
I have never been rude to this girl and I have stopped coming to this store because of her. Now I am upset. I am a General manager and I will be contacting your general manger due to the rude remarks i have had to endure just to get a Cup of coffee before my work day. Unacceptable...
Read moreAfter walking at the Marina with my friends, we came to this Starbucks as we do every Friday. I was going to use the restroom before my friends and I ordered. When I asked for the code the girl asked if I ordered anything. I told her I was going to as soon as I used the restroom. In a very rude manner, she said you can not have the code unless you order something. I told her again I would and also order for my two friends once I used the restroom. Again, very rudely, I was told not unless you order something. I spoke to someone else as we were ordering our $35 worth of stuff, and was told the same thing. Although I totally get why you have to do that, I think some common sense in not losing your customers by treating them like homeless criminals would be nice. It wouldn't have hurt one thing to give me that code instead of losing the good will of paying customers. Again, common sense in providing customer service would be a good thing. I probably won't be returning to your...
