US Wings & Deli - Spartanburg — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Decided to try it out and I wish I just left it as some place I drive pass every day. My boyfriend and I went in and ordered and there was no other customers but us. I paid 30.00 for a Philly combo and 6 wings and a small salad 2 drinks. We sat and waited...and waited... 3 other order numbers were called that should have came after our ticket number. After sitting there for 35 minutes I asked how much longer, and the lady goes around the corner and immediately comes back with my order. Like it's just been sitting there. Mind you I've been sitting in front of her waiting this whole time. Bf said his Philly was good. My garlic park wings came with 2 tiny dry celery sticks and the wings were tiny and covered in parm chz and grease. My chef salad was soggy and Luke warm. Placed an order online with a pickup time of 1945. Didn't get me food until 2030. They were quite crowded but when I walked in at 1945 I was told 15 minutes. Having said that, I got my order and even after a 15 minute drive to the house, the food was still hot. I ordered a 10pc wing meal with two types of BBQ sauces. The sauces were delicious. The chicken was slightly over cooked. The fried rice was OK but I added some soy sauce and shrimp sauce which made it better. My wife had the philly steak sub. It was good but the meat needed flavor. The wings are some of the best wings I have had. Unfortunately, they always have to remake it. No matter how specific you are they make them wrong. Their ranch is watered down bc it sits there for who know how long. They over charge for extra sauces. 3 times this week my family has went to go there and they are closed. A sign on door saying be back at 4. Or just closed in general. Why is a wings place closed on weekends? And playoff weekends for nfl where people probably want some wings. Crazy.
