Hardee’s — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Waited in line when I finally get to the window food comes out payhead for the exit in the bag get some french fries not even warm. go back inside get some fries that just came out a minute earlier which I just pulled off from the window a minute-and-a-half earlier they sent out cold fries instead of waiting as she said. They can surely that after this the rest of the movie correct didn't check it going down the road decide to start eating my burger yeah it's loaded with onions no bacon ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. So again I turn around this time about two miles down the road go back get a burger still not at this point checking the chicken sandwich but you sure the god that's right. so is being hard headed I didn't even check get to where I need to be across town get the chicken sandwich out and you see the pictures of how it was with no tomato that she asked me was I still want the tomato I said yes of course it says on the receipt minus lettuce which was correct but no tonight on either and just gobs of mayonnaise.... so if I could get by without right in this place I wouldn't even read it because I wouldn't even want you to eat there terrible food!!!! And after reading back through this and seeing how my smart phone typed it outI'm just going to go ahead and leave it because it's stupid as it sounds is as stupid as a service and food was at this restaurant their marriage...

I filled out the paper work that was emailed. Next day the manager who hired him transfered to another store. Saturday comes and he is told he cannot watch videos because someone was supposed to call when the paperwork was completed. That left a sour taste in my mouth. The following Tuesday I called and found out the previous manager had left. I was given the new manager cellphone number. I spoke with her and she said to bring his ID and social security card. We did that and she told him that she will call him tomorrow with a start date. We waited for three days. I called and left message. Nothing. I stop by and was told he will start the following weekend. Nothing. A month or calling and leaving messages no response. I even asked if the individual application be transferred to another restaurant in the chain. Nothing. I received an email stating they decided to go with another candidate. I'm confused. Is this how you conduct business no wonder the ratings are down. Parents watch your children with these companies. You have to be an advocate for the young people. This place is absolute trash!! We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. When I went up to ask we were going to continue waiting for biscuits. Half of our food was on a tray and had been sitting there. At that point I asked for a refund. I was completely ignored by REGINA. She said she couldn’t give me a refund. They couldn’t give me a refund, and couldn’t give me my food! Then the manager shows up JIMEIKA CAMPBELL. She tells me she’ll process the refund out of her own pocket with an attitude. Then proceeds to ask me for the cups from my order. My husband and kids had gone to wait in the car and had already thrown away their cups. The manager told me she couldn’t refund the drinks because we didn’t have the cups. After I told her that they were in the trash can she said, “well I need them.” I asked, “Am I supposed to go and get them out of the trash?” When she replied, “Yes if you’d like your money back for the drinks!” I got the cups out of the trash and set them on the counter for her to get my full refund!!! The guests in the restaurant couldn’t believe the treatment we received. I have never in my life experienced something like this.
