McDonald's — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I really give good reviews and take the time to be honest but this McDonald's off of Hardscrabble Road Columbia South Carolina is the most aggravating troublesome never get your order right place I've ever eaten I used to try to stop there at least every other day to get a bagel with a round egg and sausage or steak on it every time I ordered the sandwich I asked for the cheese to be between the egg and my meat so that it doesn't come through the hole of the bagel and every time I order this sandwich either the cheese is not in the right place or I get a folded egg in my bagel I specially order my sandwiches so that I know that they are fresh on purpose nine times out of 10 I must say the sandwich is made wrong my husband says I am too complicated when it comes to food but I have been food all my life I am a retired chef by trade of 25 years or more if you don't mind waiting inside and the line to order your food you probably can get your order done right but because it's a drive-through I don't think that they pay attention enough and think the person will not come back to get the food change the way that they ordered it nine times out of 10 when a person goes through the drive-thru it's because they don't have the time to go inside and trying to get to their destination on time it is a headache to find out that your food is not the way you ordered it and you just don't have the time to take it back and I know it's not all that serious but for a person that enjoys breakfast it's a pain in the neck. Go to Hearon Circle location...not here. We ordered at the drive thru about 5:35 pm yesterday. Ordered 2 combos. We were given our drinks and told to park in "number one." While parking I realized all of these other cars are waiting on food as well. The man that was parked beside me said he had been waiting for 35 minutes at this point. A kid came and asked for my receipt, I didn't want him to take it but relented in hopes of getting my food faster. All around me were McDonalds workers waving bags at various cars "Did you order the fish? Who had the Happy Meals??" At one point I saw they had recruited a maintenance man in hopes of getting the correct bags to right cars. It was actually entertaining for me and my son. However if I had been on my lunch break or short on time in any way I would have been furious. We were finally given our correct bag at 6:00. A full 25 minutes after ordering. The staff was rude. Especially the girl that gave us our food she forgot every single one of our Apple slices we ordered five happy meals the most easy food to make there their icon meal and it tasted bad. It was more like a sad meal. I will not be going back. When we first walked in there where two ladies yelling at each other one of them was a costumer and the other was a worker can you believe that. The whole reason we went there was for the croc toy. And you wanna guess what they did not have the croc toy. They gave me this ugly bear looking thing I CANT believe that McDonald would hire people like this so rude. Ordered two McFlurrys and came in the most flimsy cups I have ever seen and it melted too quickly. McDonalds you have gone down. Hate that place atmosphere is awful and it smelt bad.
