Excellent all the way around. It's basically a clone of Blaze Pizza, but with a more options of ingredients, spices, and flavored drizzles. If you've never been to a Blaze or Rapid Fired Pizza before, think of it as a Subway® but for pizza. Throughout multiple visits, the staff has always been both polite and friendly. Having previously owned my own pizzeria (who always received 100%-A ratings from DHEC) I saw no sanitary complaints about anything whatsoever. The dining crowd is not overly arrogant/self-righteous like you get with Blaze, Pieology and Pizza Studio, so everyone should feel at home eating there. As far as soft drink options go, it's a Pepsi shop :-/ but this location has the new Pepsi Spire machine and DOES serve Diet Dr. Pepper (which is the #2 soft drink in Upstate S.C.). They do have a frequent visitor program, but at this time it's a disposable card system like Bruster's had when it first opened. Visits on Mondays receive double credits.
As far as the pizza design and taste go, the staff does a great job of adding the toppings, and I suggest letting them limit the cheese/meat/vegetable ratios for best flavor. They have a proprietary spice blend which I prefer to the generic salt, pepper, oregano. They also have both green and black olives, and green and red onions, plus the other standard exotic toppings like spinach, arugula, etc.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant and suggest you try it - you won't be disappointed.
[Edit] I'm averaging about one visit per week at this point, usually for lunch. I feel compelled to mention this one additional fact: at this point I have never been greeted by anyone without a smile on their face and a friendly attitude. Typically during very strong economies, it's a "worker's market" and finding really great help is difficult for businesses. This location must be doing something really great to get all of their employees to be so nice and polite all the time, even during the busy rush times. I hope they let all of the staff know that their positive attitudes are evident, even if they aren't always acknowledged by...
Read moreI come here often…. Sometimes the customer service is a hit or miss probably since its employees are teen/college students. However, this experience I didn’t feel welcomed, more of a stale attitude from the ladies making my pizza. I was greeted when I walked in, but waited 2-3 minutes at the glass as they continued side conversations while preparing other orders. A simple “We will be right with you” is what I was expecting. Instead I was awkwardly standing there unacknowledged. Finally the older lady asked what kind of pizza I would like (not giving me eye contact) I clearly stated a pan pizza. However I got to thinking to myself as I saw them preparing my pizza the dough looked thin. But I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to question them with what I thought they would think a stupid question. (Although I should’ve felt more comfortable to ask).
After looking at my receipt it was rung up as a thin pizza after all. I asked the cashier about it and she quickly responded “it is” (I.e. it “was” pan pizza). She con’td to say she rang it up as a thin. I then sat down, feeling slight second hand embarrassment. A few seconds later, the girl came back stating my pizza was prepared in fact as thin pizza. She didn’t apologize but, said she will have them remake it smh.
In all, the customer service could use some work. More so the employees (3-4 girls working the assemble line) could try to make personable connections with their customers. A warm smile, eye contact, and a cheerful attitude goes a long way! Genuine encounters promote less misunderstandings. Nonetheless, my pizza was 10/10 and the store is always neat/clean.

Ethan single-handedly got them their 5 stars back!! His customer service from the time i walked in was amazing… he didn’t make me feel rushed or annoyed at how i wanted my pizza… and it is AMAZING!! If he could make my pizza every time i would be in heaven haha… EXCELLENT JOB ETHAN
UPDATE i went back today around 8:30pm and the young ladies working wasn’t friendly… not even to a lady who hadn’t been there before… I’m really big on customer service so I’ll drive the 30-40 mins to the one in Greenville from now on….
Im from Minnesota and this is my favorite place to get pizza from there… so when i seen one here i went… let me explain my 3 star review… i went 3 times in one day lol… 2 times between 2:30-3pm and again between 5:30-6pm… the first 2 times customer service wasn’t there the older lady made us feel rushed, and our salads was made incorrectly {we didn’t really mind sense we went for pizza}… but my pizza was AMAZING… when i went the 3rd time the customer service was top notch… guy in the green shirt offered a seasoning toooing that took my pizza over the top… i did find out that i should’ve been charged for cheese the first 2 times i went and i wasn’t… not a big deal but i personally eat the same thing every time and like to know it will be the same amount each time… i dislike the app as it doesn’t give enough options.. they also should change the standard amount of cheese that comes on the pizza because without the extra it’s not good pizza.. and doesn’t look good.. the pizza sticks was just dough… i unrolled it to see if it had cheese and it wasn’t enough for that… i will still be there...
