I went in on a Saturday night around 430, ordered 2 pepperoni and a cheese. The nice woman at the register said it would be 10-15 minutes because they just ran out of cheese. No problem. After I waited for 10-15 minutes, I saw a man come in and order 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. He got his order right away. I asked the girl to find out what was taking so long. The ones in the back preparing orders looked like they hadn't even seen my order yet. She came back and said 10-15 more minutes. I explained how the other man got a cheese after me. And I didn't want to wait 15 more minutes. What could they Do? She asked a manager who came to the front. He started throwing his arms around, bobbing his head and giving me the worst attitude out of no where. He explained their system- which I appreciated. I now understood why it was taking longer. But I still said I shouldn't have to wait when there are cheese hot and ready available. He said that I WAS HOLDING THEM UP because instead of being back there helping, he was having to talk to me!!!!! He said I could either get a refund or wait. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?! I waited. Furious.
A simple "I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected," a major attitude adjustment, and a change in his tone would have helped tremendously! Instead of saying our 45 second conversation because of my questions was the problem. So incredibly rude.

Got a refund after being cussed out because they asked me to pull up and walk in to get what I ordered. Told em I couldn't do that. I am not able to walk in to get it. Not that I got a chance to even tell them that. I was everything but a child of God with my kid in there listening to it. I'm assuming it was a manager who came and gave me my refund. She was of the same opinion as him without asking me anything about why I did not want to pull up. She had to literally push him back because Ja Shaun did not like the fact I asked for his name to make a complaint and lunged at me. The "manager" said the drive thru is for pick up orders only. I have never seen one thing posted anywhere on a sign at the drive thru that says that. Ja Shaun never once told me that before he took my order or my money. Why did he even take an order if you could only do pick up orders at the window. Instead of assuming I just didnt wanna pull over with the other 10ish cars they had waiting and start yelling a cussing me out, maybe you should of let me finish my sentence first. After pulling up to the drive thru my husband was completely ignored for 2 minutes while the girl who was at the window was just scrolling through her phone. I didn’t know you guys as a company were paying people to mindlessly scroll on their phones. Good to know. After finally getting said girls attention he was told the food wasn’t ready yet. And said we could have a beeper to know when it was ready. He had to ask for one of those. After waiting for almost an hour he got her attention again and was like hey this has never went off I’ve been waiting for awhile. She replied with oh yeah handed him the food which was probably ready for the almost hour we were stuck waiting on our food. No apology no care in the world no have a nice day nothing. Just a blank stair of complete stupidity and lack of brain cells. Either do better during your hiring process or just close down.
