Very nice people, not entirely bad experience over a year ago resizing my rings here. I was unhappy after the sizing with my rings, because they still completely fell off my fingers. Very nice lady practically gave me her ring spacer to make the rings fit. At the time we figured it was the change in seasons and that my fingers were swollen during hot season. But after 1.5 years I still cannot wear them even with the little contraption she gave me. Unfortunately I can’t afford to go back to them to have them both resized again! So I have not worn my wedding rings since :( but they were very nice and tried to help. I just wish they could’ve sent them back and had them resized down. After all, sizing down should not be as expensive as they take out...

Extremely detail-oriented! You can tell they really care about what they do! I had been wearing a cheap “substitute” ring until my actual ring could be resized and I had let my finger get swollen. She was kind, but very honest while she warned me that she would not be able to give a proper size until I let my finger rest with no jewelry.
