Tried to use their website to place an online order on 05/26 because they just opened so what could go wrong…. In the middle of me paying there was a glitch and my card got charged twice!!! Reached out to them via phone to try to get the second order canceled and my refund. Me and my husband was on the phone with the girl for an hour (she kept putting us on hold & then hanging up) before we got to speak with a manager (Morgan) who claimed they were going to cancel the order. However 30 mins later we received notification that a delivery driver was assigned to the order AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED. I again called the store to just be put on hold for 20 mins and for the girl at the front counter to come back and tell me that her manager (Morgan) will cancel it when they get a chance and I would be able to get a refund in 3-5 business days. It took 2hours for them to even FINALLY cancel it even though I called AS SOON as I noticed the duplicate order

I’ve reached out, waited patiently, and tried to resolve this like a reasonable customer. But clearly, Wingstop doesn’t care about its customers – only their money. You’ve proven to me that your business is nothing but careless and disrespectful.
Since Wingstop can’t seem to grasp how to treat paying customers, I’ll make sure to spread the word. My family, my friends, and everyone in my circle – over 100 people – will never spend another cent at your company. Thanks for showing us what a joke Wingstop has become. This is exactly how a business fails, one pissed-off customer at a time.

When we went to leave we put all of our trash on the tray as we do at the Spartanburg and Greenville location and left it to fill our drinks assuming they would pick the tray up as the other locations do. There was a trash can beside us next to the drink station but it’s small- def not what I would assume peoples food trash go into. I walk outside because I have my hands full but as my kids and husband were filling their drinks the girl cleaning tables and the girl behind the counter started talking badly about my family and saying snide comments about the trash can because we left our trash.
