Culver’s — Restaurant in Spartanburg

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. We went through the drive thru and this location sold us a two month old ice cream pint that expires in 4 days that is supposed to have Reese’s in it. That come to find out has no Reese’s in it. It was made on 8/27 today is 10/7 but says PLEASE ENJOY BY 10/11. When we bought one two weeks ago that was made on 9/24 and expires 10/24 in DUNCAN SC (where they actually care about their customers.) And the other pint had no date and was half full and melted. Both pints were kept in the same bag on the way home and only one melted. We called and they told us we could only get a refund if we drove all the way back over. Then lied and said she was going to give us vouchers for two new pints and that she was the manager. Just to put us on hold and tell us the manager said she couldn’t give vouchers cause they were in date. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THANK YOU FOR NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. Have bought many pints from the Duncan location and NEVER had this problem. Will be going to the Duncan location from now on even though it is further. Hope you figure out how to do right by your customers and NOT SELL FOOD THAT IS...

First time here. Order was taken fast even though place was busy. We sat down and our food was brought to our table quite fast. The food was hot and freshly made. I ordered the bacon deluxe with three patties. My wif had the pretzel garlic pub. Fries were hot and lightly seasoned just right. Very tasty. The bacon on the burger wasn't soggy. It was super crispy and tasty. The meat tasted like steak. Just juicy and delicious. We also ordered chicken tenders. I came on opening day! They were so welcoming and the food was amazing!! My food was served to me in less than 5 minutes. I wanted to point a little something out as well. I saw an older woman struggling with carrying her food and one of the employees kindly went up to her and politely took her food and laid it down on a table for her.
