We we're greeted warmly upon entering and seated quickly, we did not have to wait long for service/drinks. Loved that they had anime playing and lots of cool figurines to look at. The restaurant was warm, with music playing, thankfully at a good volume so you can enjoy private conversation without having to yell over the music. Interior and decor makes for a lovely atmosphere. I can only think about one thing that would really top this place off, and thats adding bean sprouts to the menu. We started with spring rolls, they were delicious, nice and crunchy, and the sauces we're tasty. The food is FANTASTIC! The milk boba tea is delicious! Flavorful without being too sweet, the boba pearls were a nice texture with a mild sweetness. The tonkatsu ramen broth was very good, it was creamy and smooth, it wasn't over salted like many places. Noodles were cooked perfectly, same can be said about the veggies and egg, everything was cooked perfectly, bok choy was cooked well and still had a pleasant crunch to them. They were kind to offer any ramen as a vegetarian option, I got the Tonkotsu zen with tofu. The tofu was fresh and delicious. I sampled my husbands Tonkotsu King, wich was a larger portion with pork and fried gyoza, it was also phenomenal. The parking is a bit difficult, so you may struggle to find a spot in such a small lot, the business next to it has half the lot roped off, but if you can find a comfortable place to park, it is absolutely worth the small hassle. Definitely worth trying at least once, if you like ramen, this is definitely somewhere you'll want to add to your list of places to visit.

Craving a warm bowl of savory ramen, I decided to give this charming little spot a try—and it has personality from the moment you walk in. The anime figures scattered throughout the space are adorable, and the manga wall in the back adds a playful, cozy vibe that’ll make any fan smile. The staff was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a relaxed dining experience. I kicked things off with the spicy gyoza—and wow, what a hit! Perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy inside, and that dipping sauce was so good! For my main dish, I went with the Shoyu Bulgogi ramen. Visually appealing, but sadly, the flavor didn’t quite match the presentation—it lacked the bold, umami depth I was hoping for. The taro tea, however, made a nice recovery: creamy, lightly sweet, and refreshingly smooth. My husband tried the Tonkotsu Chicken and was mostly pleased. The broth, while tasty, could’ve used a richer, more velvety base. What really stole the show for him was the apple soju—crisp, fruity, and surprisingly delightful. All in all, it's a fun spot with a great atmosphere and potential. While not every dish hit the mark, there’s enough here to make me curious to try something different next time. A cozy little corner of anime nostalgia and comfort food, worth exploring—especially if you’re in the mood for some playful ambiance with your noodles.

My review on this place has been well overdue. I have been to Zen Ramen plenty of times over the past two months and each and every time the food is delicious. I usually get the spicy tonkatsu ramen and the first time I had it, I was blown away with how rich and flavorful it was. This time around, I had the shoyu atomic bomb chicken ramen and the spicy gyoza. The shoyu ramen is different broth than the tonkatsu which both are great but if you're looking for a creamier, less salty broth, I would stick to the tonkatsu. The shoyu ramen was still delicious and had very great spice to it without being unbearable to eat. The spicy gyoza was delicious, soft and fresh. It definitely had some kick to it but adding a little spicy mayo helped level it out. Each time I have been, the wait staff has been attentive and willing to explain anything you have questions about if you're not very familiar with the menu items. The atmosphere is always cozy and pleasant. It's even nice to just go alone to have some time to yourself while enjoying good food.
