I’ve been craving tacos so I’m glad we decided to stop here before our brewery hop visits! It was around 1:30pm on a Sunday when we stopped in. Seems like plenty of parking in the lot. We had to wait just a few minutes to get seated which wasn’t an issue, it was quick enough. The service was very quick and friendly and we inspired our server to use the local passport to visit nearby breweries. The interior is eclectic with bright, colorful paintings and other seemingly random decor lol. I kept to the tacos for this visit but there are some other options like quesadillas and bowls to try. I also didn’t opt in for drinks since a brewery visit is next. We ordered the shrimp taco, and cauliflower and avocado taco as vegan options which just needed some minor adjustments to make vegan. There were also substitution options for vegan meat and the server was very knowledgeable about vegan options, so we appreciated that. They were all very tasty and we cleaned our plates quickly! The only reason for a 4 star would just be the amount of choices but I would really only take off a half star if I could since the restaurant name says it’s all about tacos and maybe just having a few other options is a bonus. A nice shoutout to the team for giving encouragement to save paper by using the hand dryer in the restroom. Thank you for caring for the environment!

I took my kids here and we split brisket nachos for appetizer. I ordered a shrimp taco and a mahi taco. The shrimp taco was absolutely delicious and I would definitely order that again. The mahi taco was a bit dry and I probably would not do that again for that reason. The brisket nachos were good as well. I do wish there was a little bit more brisket, but overall it was good. My kids ordered Nashville Hot, bacon cheeseburger, Patagonia steak, mother clucker with the fries on the side. Both kids finished all their tacos and said they'd order them again. The fries were good too, but I think they were too full to finish. Wed probably skip the fries next time. I wish I could give 3.5 stars for service. Not terrible, but she wasn't quite as attentive from the get go. A table that was seated after us was served first, and we sat waiting after we finished the appetizer before she came to take our taco order. The tables are tight and I was slightly uncomfortable in my seat because the person behind me sat so far away from their table. Lighting was also off - I essentially ate dinner in my own shadow. The weather was nice but we weren't given the option to sit outside even though there were available tables. All said and done, I'd go back but specifically request to sit outside.

Our visit here was good. We had the Honey Tabasco Chicken taco and the nachos. Both dishes we're good and flavorful. The beef on our nachos was not hot, the beef almost seemed like it was room temperature. The cheese was warm but not sure why the beef was not. The nachos were flavorful to the point we ate all of them and I will order them again. Know the menu when you order, it's an extra $3.50 for beef on your nachos. It would not have mattered because we would have ordered it anyway, just read the menu closely. I would have thought that $3.50 would include warming the beef but maybe not. They have a good beer selection and the place is festive with decor. People were already begining to crowd in at 5 pm on a Friday. The place is packed everyday it's open so be prepared for that, parking can really suck at times. They share a lot with several other businesses. All this being said I will recommend eating here. I will go back soon and try some other things on the menu. Have fun!

i dont like to leave reviews but this is the first time in 10 years of pretty regular visits that i havent enjoyed a meal from willy taco so i feel like i should. :( first i want to say our server maddie was absolutely lovely!! she gave us great service and was super sweet the whole time. i got a mother clucker and some birria tacos, the new grilled chicken in the mother clucker is terrible. they stopped putting the pulled chicken in all of the tacos and replaced it with this rubbery grilled chicken, the texture reminds me of chicken from a really cheap buffet. it also tasted completely different from how the pulled chicken did, but they’re labeling it with the same “chipotle” seasoning. the birria was really bad. it was VERY sweet, to the point i think there may have been sugar in the consommé? im not sure but it wasn’t appetizing. it was also very dry, and i know you’re meant to dip them, but i’ve never had birria that was bone dry without the consommé. if you’re interested in birria id suggest going to a local authentic mexican place instead!! i have had much better for much cheaper elsewhere. my partner got the chicken chimichanga which is his favorite dish from WT, and while they left the pulled chicken in, he said it tasted completely different and it wasn’t very good. we asked our waitress what had changed and she said that they no longer use seasoned rice and now it’s plain white basmati rice. this is a strange choice as it got rid of a lot of flavor :/ neither of us finished our food and we didn’t bother with the leftovers. the salsa and queso were good at least! im not sure if they’re trying to save money by using lower quality ingredients and raising prices or if they actually think these changes are good, but keep that in mind if you haven’t been recently. ive been going every few months for a long time, but that might change for me. its disheartening to see, especially considering all of their new business...
