My fiancé and I have been staying at this beautiful property for two years and since the new management takeover, it has been a nightmare and over extremely annoying. Even though Yazz the property manager has been very helpful and very communicative and knowledgeable. The staff always refers to corporate for everything because it’s out of their control. I was paying for pest control for months without someone coming out a new company which was August . Not only that mysterious charges leave and come on my ledger . Maintenance goes above and beyond I see them doing things that weren’t getting done with the old company and they were spectacular! Finally semi met the regional manager didn’t meet her she wears pink hair and walks right past without speaking on her visits to this property. Which I find very unpleasant and unprofessional . She once brought a goat to this property when I know for a fact I had an issue (that I won’t disclose here ) that needed to be fixed by her . Other residents have had issues with ledgers as well. The fees to pay rent are outrageous, then we are now being told we can’t bring payment in the office . We are also told we can’t smoke this is a no smoke cool but yet I see the maintenance supervisor smoke cigarettes in the parking lot . He came to my house ONCE and reeks and breathes like he smokes thought he was going to pass out . I literally request McKenzie to come to my house now as she has always been the best. Resident events are a hit or miss ! I stop going to them the moment they bought expired candy from wise buys for an event , or maybe when people come and they can’t get things to operate properly etc . I’m not fond of this new company even though I am so glad the team here is so supportive they smile everyday they go beyond and a very good transition far as the team because other than that I would have put my notice in besides it also being extremely expensive to leave somewhere where management makes it hell to live here the easier things get messed up. Oh and the peaceful enjoyment NONE lol why are the fire alarms always going off ? Happens once a month this didn’t happen with old company I would love to talk to corporate about this matter as if I cannot get ahold of a Cindy . Who may I need to contact to get ahold of this 1.8 star rated company at this 4 star...

Tailored Tranquility!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment complex for eight months and was very satisfied with my experience. As a traveling medical professional, finding quality, reliable mid-term housing is crucial, and this community exceeded my expectations.

The grounds are well kept, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that the management takes great pride in maintaining the property, making it a great place to retreat after a long day.

The staff, Anna, Ashly, Garrett and Mackenzie without a doubt, contribute significantly to the positive experience. They are not only friendly but also highly professional, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. They are commitment to resident satisfaction. As a traveler in need of furnished mid-term housing, the office staff went above and beyond to connect me with valuable resources. Their assistance led me to a reliable company that was able to provide options for my mid-term housing needs.

While not flawless, it's nearly there. Initially, the nearby train was somewhat disruptive when I moved in, but over time, I adapted, and most nights, I was able to sleep soundly. However, a drawback is some neighbors neglecting to curb their dogs, resulting in unpleasant sights and smells. It would greatly benefit Willow Bridge to consider utilizing the services of dog DNA Waste Management Services to identify and hold irresponsible pet owners accountable for not cleaning up after their animals.

I wholeheartedly recommend this area to fellow traveling professionals in need of top-notch mid-term housing. It was a great place to live and play. The proximity to almost ten miles of paved trails for walking, running, and biking was a major highlight. The pool was absolutely fantastic last summer, and the amenities, including the convenient car wash station, added value to my stay. In addition it was short commute to my work assignment. Avoid this place if you value your sleep, money, and peace of mind.

When I moved in, the apartment was disgustingly dirty. I had to spend an entire day deep cleaning just to make it livable. Fast forward to move-out — after spending half a day thoroughly cleaning and removing everything — I was still charged a $100 cleaning fee. I called to dispute it, only to be told that they always charge this fee no matter what. So basically, they can hand you a filthy unit, but expect you to pay for professional cleaning for the next tenant.

On top of that, the management is condescending and unhelpful. Their emails always talk down to residents. One prime example: they charged us for valet trash every month, yet had the nerve to say it was “a gift from us, not a guarantee.” Excuse me? You charged us every month — how is that a gift?

And if you’re a light sleeper, run. This place is right next to train tracks, and trains come barreling through around 2–3 AM almost every night, blaring their horns and waking you up.
