Monday, February 15, 2016 If I could give them a negative star I would. The service there tonight was absolutely horrible. When I pulled up to the drive thru the cashier greeted me in way as though she was talking a friend at a house party. I told her that I wanted three soft shell tacos. She say's, "Is that all," but very snappy like she had an attitude with me. I replied to her to hold on because I was still trying to decide if I wanted something else, she starts saying in the speaker, "Hard or soft, hard or soft" I was confused for a moment because I could have sworn that I had already told her that I wanted soft shells already. But I told her soft shells again, and then I told her that that was all that I wanted. I pulled up to the window and decided to add the jalapeno poppers. I had never tried them before and I they looked good on the billboard. The cashier greeted me with a smile but as soon as I added to my order her smile fell and she got an attitude. She told me my total. I gave her my card, she handed it back to me and then closed the door and continued her conversation. She came back and handed me my food. There was no departing remark about have a nice night or a thank you for coming. After I get home and I get settled, I open up the box to grab my food. Not only was my food just thrown into the box but they were HARD SHELLS! The fact that I was asked repeatedly what I wanted after I only said it, then to get home and find out that it wasn't even my order was VERY upsetting. The jalapeno poppers were supposed to come with ranch and the they were lukewarm to say the least. I put everything back into the bag and I drove back up there. So when I get there I go in and the girl from the cash register is there, she remembered whom I was because I had just left. She came to the counter and asked what was wrong. She looked into the bag and I showed her the way that it was all turned upside down, how it was HARD SHELLS, and how there was no ranch in the bag for the jalapeno poppers. I told her that I wanted my money back. She goes to the back to get the manager. The woman comes out with an attitude. Not once does she address me. She talks to the cashier only. Then she proceeds to tap numbers into the computer. She never apologizes for the mishap. She doesn't smile, she doesn't even acknowledge my presence. I paid with my card (credit). She give me back the refund in cash, and shoves it into my hand and then she walks away from the register. STILL NOT SAYING ANYTHING TO ME!!! Is this the type of service that you are famous for? I have been coming to this Hardees for years. I normally come for breakfast, but every now and then I'll come for dinner. But I WILL NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER COME TO ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS AGAIN. The rudeness that was displayed was despicable and deplorable to say the least. I have never thought that anyone should be fired from their jobs. But that manager needs to go, and I do mean go, because if she is going to represent your company then you guys will not have anyone going to that Hardees by the end of the year. Read moreThe only reason I'm giving this is a five star rating is because we ordered from here tonight for dinner around 11:39 pm ended up the cook that was working at the time messed up our whole order didn't put any lettuce tomato nothing just a piece of chicken in the chicken wraps we also asked for extra cheese on hot ham and cheese got none everything was written correctly on the order receipt so the night manager that was working got the order correct but the cook did not make it correctly which we live about 15 to 20 minutes from the restaurant so it took us awhile to even notice once we got home to look in the bag when we noticed we went straight back we're we was very happy that the night manager helped us tremendously she was amazing completely made our order over to perfection I would like to thank her for the atmosphere that she put out and also for the services she gave us after our order being messed up she was not frustrated or upset with us she apologized and assure us that she could definitely help us in remaking the order correct her name is Aeryan J according to our receipt even though that we had a bad experience the first time through she made sure that the second experience with them was a great one and she made sure all of our needs were met thank you so much again Aeryan for being such great night manager understanding and helping us anyway you could she deserves a raise just saying if...
Read moreI stood and waited then cleared my throat and still no response. One of the workers was more concerned with taking a video of the post-race traffic than taking my order. The man was wearing a red shirt and it appears only three people were working. I was the only lobby customer and the woman doing the drive thru only had one customer as well. She took my order and then proceeded to be on her phone doing whatever until my order was ready. The man making the food seemed to be the only one concerned about doing their job uninterrupted. I know technology is here to stay but put the phones in the back out of view of the counter. I’ve worked the food industry for 26 years, retail for 7 years, and factory for 3 years. All 3 places will write you up and reprimand you for being on your phone when you’re working. Customers are the reason you have a job at this location. If there are no customers then there is no restaurant. This will be the last time I visit this location and this experience will be passed onto others who have frequented this store as well.
