5-26-25 Crawfordsville Road. Pulled in the parking lot at 10:35! First time coming to this Starbucks and I’ve lived here for 6 years! And I’ll never be back! I waited for 30 minutes in line before I could get to the screen to order. I wanted a venti cherry chai iced latte. I was told they were out of their cherry powder to make the cherry cold foam. So I’m frustrated because not only did I wait for 30 minutes just to get to place my order but now I have to order something else. I’m not an avid coffee drinker nor do I venture from what i know I like. I absolutely don’t like strong coffee. Or the awful after taste it leaves. That’s why I stick to what i know I like. The only way I found out about the cherry chai latte was from my coworkers. I work for a group or oral surgeons and they will buy us lunch or smoothies or drinks here and there. They all know me and my taste buds lol. So they highly recommended the cherry chai latte. I’m glad they did. I fell in love with it. I also was frustrated because people coming and going in the parking lot was getting mad at us for blocking their way in and or out. Well not our fault. No matter where we pull up in line we are going to block the driveway especially when it takes this long to get to the ordering screen. So I asked what they recommend then. I opted for the salted caramel cold foam. Get through the line in about 10-15 minutes. So I’m second at the window. The lady in front of me gets her order and doesn’t leave. I immediately thought they forgot something. Well 10 minutes later they hand her this little bag with her sandwich in it! So now I’ve been in line for an hour and still haven’t received my coffee. The guy gave me my total and I went to hand him my card. He grabbed his card reader and held it out for me. Of course it’s asking for a tip which seems like every where you go they are asking for one. I selected no tip. Sorry but this isn’t a restaurant where I was seated, waited on and my food brought to me. And not to mention my drink was over $8! So I guess that mad him mad and he handed my drink to me. I took it and said thank you. Guess what I got in return. I got nothing but a cold shoulder literally turn away from me. So he was either mad that I didn’t give a tip or he was mad because for 10 minutes I was waiting for them to give the lady in front of me a sandwich! Which THEY FORGOT because I heard him read back the order and I heard him say no cilantro! That’s not my fault! Or he was mad because the lady in front of me who ordered 3 or 4 drinks and a pup cup and was alone in her car asked for a cup holder. So where was she supposed to put all these drinks if you were going to hand them one by one to her? I’m sure her vehicle only has two cup holders at the front like most. And I’m sure it would have been difficult for her to put the others in another cup holder in the back! And yes I was getting frustrated and was saying what the f in my car to myself! I didn’t say it to anyone else. So if he saw me through his window I don’t care. And yeah maybe I should have watched myself knowing there’s a window there and they can see me getting frustrated. But I could say the same for who ever threw the cup holders against that same window as well. It’s also frustrating to your customers that we can’t order what we wanted because inventory wasn’t available! So do we drive off after waiting 30 minutes and go home empty handed? Or do you recommend we visit another location further from home or where we are going? Or do you recommend we visit another establishment all together? It shouldn’t take an hour to get a...
Read moreI went to this location one morning after I got off on my night shift. I went to the drive-thru and I was trying to get my order and tell them on my Starbucks app. I had got what they call a secret menu item and I was just trying to explain it to him and there was a gentleman who was rude to me at first told me we don't have it. I was trying to explain to him. I got the message on my Starbucks app from the company on here. I'm a gold starve member and then another girl takes over and says what size, what size over and over to me and she's rude. Wouldn't you let me get out and read to them what it is? It's in the drink. They upset me so bad that I told them flat out. They made me so upset that I couldn't even place my order. Now that and you want no coffee or anything to drink from them that this location had the most poorest attitude I have ever gotten from any Starbucks and left. Then I did a review complaint thing on the Starbucks app to the company. They send me an email with a number for the case and then a phone number to call to speak to somebody about it. I speak to somebody they said they turned over to the district manager. That should contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Few days go by nobody gets back with me. I call back again the same number with the case number again they said yes. We see that nobody has contact you. We'll reach out and tell them that they need to get reach you and we apologize for their inconvenience. Inconvenience is not even the word that describes your behavior. They never reach back to me and this is so disrespectful. I do not wish for anybody to go to that location in speedway and if you call customer service you probably will not get any help from their district manager at all. The district manager is just as bad if they can't acknowledge the wrongs that their employees commit and make right with their customers. What kind of company are you...
Read moreI would just like to state. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks ever. First after ordering 3 drinks - 1. Eggnog latte 2 extra shots of espresso 2. Peppermint mocha latte 1 extra shot of Espresso and 3. Snickerdoodle hot chocolate. We sit in line for 25 minutes because a. We are stuck the vehicle in front of us returned his drink 3 times to have it remade ( like seriously 3 times). The person behind us has given us no room for movement. Then we get to the window, and the barista at the window does not acknowledge our vehicle and has 7 cups lined up to hand out. My boyfriend being polite has his rewards app pulled up and ready for her to scan, she again says nothing and scans the card then in a no emotion monotone voice asks if he wants a receipt. Then reads us our order and hands us drinks which we verify the label is correct. Now the fun part begins. The eggnog latte tastes burnt and more like coffee then espresso, the peppermint mocha tastes like it may be tea but it looks like coffee and the snickerdoodle hot chocolate is a regular hot chocolate but you can tell it was made with water by looking at it. Some advice I think the staff needs to here is that customer service first. Have the gentleman go inside to remake his drink instead of making people wait in the drive through line. Make sure your holiday staff is appropriately trained in how to make speciality beverages because 20$ went to waste because we did not receive the...
