I had decided to give this place another try after having a bad experience last time I ordered here. This trip proved to be even worse than my previous horrible dining experience. The server did not write anything down and she probably should have. When my wings arrived they looked like they were taken from a farm of starving chickens located somewhere in the Mohave Desert. They were shriveled and dry and did not look appetizing in any way. I had ordered some dry rub and didn’t expect those to be wet. The wet wings I ordered were also dry. There was not a hint of sauce anywhere to be seen. Even the paper they came on was dry! There wasn’t even any grease from the chicken because they cooked it all out of the pathetic little things. When I questioned the server about why my wet wings were dry she said they were supposed to look that way. Well...let’s think about that. Perhaps she doesn’t know what wet wings are supposed to look like? Nah...that couldn’t be. She works in a place that has Wings in its name. Surely she has seen wet wings before. Could it be that she possibly screwed up and ordered my wings dry???...hmmm...That couldn’t be because instead of trying to correct HER mistake she offered to give me the sauce that I ordered. Yep...the sauce that was supposed to be on the wings not in tiny containers. I took the sauce and had to toss my own wings in it. REALLY?!?!?...I am required to prepare my own food because of her mistake??? Shame on this establishment for handling their customers in such a disgraceful and disappointing way!!! In the future I will either prepare my food at home and probably get my order right or drive a few extra miles to Wing Stop which has NEVER disappointed me like this establishment. I will be telling everyone not to go here if they want a decent wing and dining experience. Now you can attach your lame computer apology to this email and go back to serving your poor quality product and perhaps spend a bit more time training your waitstaff in the art of exceptional customer service. Did I mention that I had to get up and retrieve napkins to clean my table from the drink my server sloppily spilled on it???...and I had to ask for my carrots, celery and blue cheese that I ordered...well now...
Read morePlaced an order through grubhub. Received only the wings and was missing a portion of my order (missing the side and sauces). Not big deal but didn’t see a means to pay for what was not received. Managed to gain a credit through grubhub, super easy.
My dilemmas were in between receiving my order and prior to knowing the capability to get credits on GrubHub. I made a call to the Buffalo wild wings in Speedway to see if they could assist me with a credit. The hostess answered but did not provide a name and I asked if they could help me with a potential credit due to an incomplete order. Without any acknowledgment on the other side of the phone I was immediately placed on hold for several minutes. The phone was picked up again with the same greeting from Hostess in which I repeated my original request and then was immediately placed on hold again without warning. Third time The hostess picked up the phone with the same greeting & I mentioned it again plus asked not to be placed on hold without being notified prior. A long pause with no response on the other side of the phone into which again I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. In between the additional 20 minutes I heard the phone pick up two more times and immediately be placed back on hold.
I understand that Thursdays are the busy nights for Buffalo wild wings and the hostess does have a primary job with the carry out orders along with the phone calls but I felt like the customer service was not the best handled in the situation. This company over all has great food but if the carry out service for this location is identical across multiple carryout customers I would recommend they educate their staff on proper hospitality to maintain sales...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE SERVER! I have never had such a negative experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings establishment before. Once my family was seated it took our server over 20 minutes to come to our table and take our drink order. He then took an additional 15 minutes to bring those drinks back. Once our order with appetizers was placed, I watched as he paid extra attention to one table over his other 4 or 5. Everyone sitting in my section that had him for a waiter was waiting a long time for him to even come back over to us because he was only paying attention to one table that had a medium sized party. Now, BW3’s will always be a hit or miss experience and this one was a miss. Getting a refill on our drinks was nonexistent. We had to darn near shout across the restaurant to get his attention because we sat with empty glasses while he serviced one table again and again. By the time our dinner arrived with our appetizers, the fried pickles and onion rings we ordered were COLD…kind of like they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be delivered…but our server was nowhere to be found to pick them up and bring them to us. My mother had to flag down another waiter to go find him so that we could pay our bill and leave because he disappeared and didn’t come back with it. On top of all of that, he was rude. Like our family wanting to eat dinner was inconveniencing him. He also slammed down our bill on the table and then slammed down our receipt all the while muttering under his breath. I’m sorry….but management could do a better job of who they hire because that service alone will assure that my family never returns to your location. We will go out of our way to go to...
