First two trips there were great; great service. Third time there I had an order to go. Keep in mind that I was the only customer there. I made my order and sat in the waiting area. Another customer walks in, old couple. They sat down and got their order. Okay....? Waiting....now, a family of 4 walked in. Now, it's been about 15 min of waiting. Family gave their orders and boom, they shortly got their food. I was getting upset and was about to ask for a refund, but as I got up the older man realized that I have been waiting for a while and told me my order is coming out shortly. I had to wait 40-50 min for my freaking order when I was the first person to walk in and give my order. BS!!
Months gone by and I thought I'd go back and try it again. Still feeling a grudge, but they do make GOOD food. Anyways, we walked in, no customers were in there, and I figured we'll be in and out. A guy in the back saw us standing at the register. Looked, and kept going on with his business. Another guy saw us and then shouted something "customer?" First guy saw us again and STILL kept ignoring us!! After that I said "F" it and we walked out. As we hoped in our car I noticed a women walking up to the register. Never going back to that place again!
You will struggle if you keep up with this poor customer service. You guys make great food, but you lost two future customers. I will never...
Read moreWhen it comes to Chinese cuisine, Chen’s Garden is the real moo shu deal! I mean, if you haven’t tried their Kung Pao Chicken, are you even living? The chef must have a PhD in deliciousness because every dish is like a flavor explosion in your mouth.
The ambiance? Imagine if tranquility and a party had a baby – that’s Chen’s Garden. It’s the only place where you can meditate to the sound of sizzling wontons. And the service? Faster than a noodle in a typhoon. I asked for water, blinked, and there it was, as if by magic.
Let’s talk about the Spring Rolls. They’re so fresh; I suspect there’s a secret garden out back. And the fortune cookies? They’re like crispy little prophets of joy. Mine said, “You will leave this restaurant with a giggle in your belly and leftovers for tomorrow.” Spot on!
In conclusion, Chen’s Garden is the Panda’s pajamas. If you want a meal that will make your taste buds do the dragon dance, this is the place. Five stars and a high-kung-fu kick of...
Read moreBy far one of my favorite restaurants around. Have gone in probably over 20 times in the past year since we moved to this area. They always have are food on time. Food is always correct, and always taste absolutely delicious. Unlike many restaurants, that will just serve you chinese food. Chens, while mainly Chinese, has a huge variety of all sorts of Asian food. Mongolian, Vietnamese, Japanese, even some Indian. I get a new order every time, because of how diverse the menu is, and their sushi is to die for! Only tweak is, you will need a little more than average budget to dine in. For a family of four, at a regular restaurant, I'd say budget $50, for Chens I'd go with $80. But it is absolutely worth it. The place is beautiful, quiet, always has a mood...
