Tasting my way through the new summer menu at my favorite speakeasy.

First up: The Raspberry Lemon Drop! 1st thoughts: it's the perfect summer starter. Excellent balance of flavors and light on the sweet.

Next up: The Wild Eden! A hibiscus infused gin mingled with St. Germain and a kiss of lime topped with sparkling Prosecco. 1st thoughts: GORGEOUS. Definitely give a second or two to take in the effervescence just before your first sip. And eat that flower at the bottom of your glass!

Next in the lineup: The Hemingway... 1st thoughts: White rum with maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice and lime of all things. Garnished with a sugar crystal lime which is just a treat.
