Atilano's — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I went in and picked a dinner up today and it cost me $20 for one dinner number one and it's just fish and second I ordered double tortillas and it was a to-go order get home there's no tortillas whatsoever that one or two that I paid for I call them customer service was exceptionally rude. She says yep we forgot to give them to you if you want to drive all the way back here we can give you a dollar that you paid for the tortillas I have my receipt I paid more than a dollar for those tortillas number one and number two they did nothing directed to fight the situation the last three times I've gone there it's the same lady I always have problems with and other people who go there told me the same thing unless you want to get only half your order or it be incorrect I would not go to this address but I will never go back to...

I went to the drive-thru to get a meal for four people. I had a difficult time communicating over the intercom at the drive-thru because the gal did not speak very good English. I understand it is a Mexican restaurant. I get it. I have no problem with different languages. But if you're going to have a restaurant in a predominantly English-speaking neighborhood, you should probably have somebody at the drive-thru who can speak and understand English. Anyway, I got to the window and my order was completely screwed up. Didn't realize it until they gave me my food, which was after I had paid for it. The worst Atilanos experience by far. I ordered steak burritos 2 of them. On the receipt is said steak burritos. I got home they had chicken and shrimp. I ordered a churro, I opened the wrapper to find a sad dried up churro with no sugar on it and doughy. So disappointed. The servers gloves were covered in grease meaning he’s taking money and handling peoples food with the same gloves. I should have known when I got my bag of food via drive through and it didn’t smell good that it wasn’t going to be good. Save yourself the trip and drive to the Argonne or Sullivan location.
