Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I used to go to Dairy Queen and have no issues but now when I go to Dairy Queen, they’re always forgetting to put stuff in my order. For example I went there last week and I ordered the chicken strip basket with country gravy and fries and they didn’t give me country gravy the chicken was cold and the fries were cold as well And I had two orders of this, and I also had two orders of blizzards. We had to call them and tell them how we just paid over $30 and the food is completely cold and we’re missing fries and the blizzard that I got was supposed to be the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and they literally just took vanilla ice cream and put some brownie bits in it. The ice cream was white and this is not the first time of me ordering this blizzard is very disappointing. They told us that if we want country gravy, we can go in the drive-through line just note that we were already home and we told them this and they did not tell us that they could give us like new food or anything even though it’s completely cold. I live like five Ish minutes away from Dairy Queen so The food shouldn’t even get that cold that quick and I had it in the thermal bag. It’s just annoying you know you pay over $30 and it’s cold and it’s not even made correctly. We didn’t even get the ice cream changed or anything. We went through the drive thru. They have their chicken basket promotion going on right now, which is what I got myself and my daughter along with two small blizzards. The chicken itself was good, but they give you "gravy" to dip it in and the gravy is basically just flour and water. No flavor at all. And the fries were cold, like not even a little bit of warmth. In addition to that they gave us the wrong blizzards. I ordered a peanut butter brownie royale blizzard and received something with strawberries (quite a few) and what seemed like bits of peanut butter. The peanut butter royale was supposed to be ice-cream with brownie chunks and a peanut butter core. I can't imagine strawberries and peanut butter is a common combination so I'm assuming that whoever made my blizzard didn't pay attention and just grabbed the blender canister which had ice-cream and strawberries already in it and just added peanut butter chunks and gave it to me. Suffice it to say it wasn't very good and I ended up throwing it away. I felt duped spending my $20 there. I hadn't been to Dairy Queen in years and my daughter had never really been at all.
