This is my favorite Jack in the Box. This location is always clean, they make sure the bathrooms are tidy as well as the dining area. Management and other employees do an amazing job making sure customers are satisfied. When someone comes in and they're trying to use the bathroom for nefarious purposes, that's not tolerated at all. When I have mobile orders, they're completed on time, I can pick up my mobile order, timing it by the time I need to catch my bus, and I still catch my bus. The food is cooked perfectly, and when there's an issue it's handled immediately. Every manager I've met, the employees I've interacted with, I've yet to have in the four plus years a horrible experience as a customer. That is why this Jack in the Box location is the one I go to, to get my guilty pleasure tacos. So while I didn't give a list of all of the amazing employees that I've met, I want to make sure that everyone I've had the privilege of receiving customer service from is celebrated. That even the person who came in on their off day, worked through their pregnancy, car troubles ect,is celebrated for making my day a bit brighter by providing great customer service. It's the simple things in life that can turn a person's day around and change it for the better. Sometimes, I just want to go get a taco or two and take a walk, feel better about what's going on in my life. Receiving excellent customer service always helps me feel better when I'm having a really tough day. Theres been times when I just ate my food and watched how well people have worked together when they're meeting orders. So I'm not giving you malarkey, this is one of the best Jack in the boxes in Spokane. One I'm proud to say I will get my tacos from, even if I have to walk my half mile for those tacos. Clean, great customer service and the food is hot and fresh when I pick...
Read moreI have been to this store at least 10 times in the last six months that I have lived in the Spokane Valley. At least half, or five, of those times I was not able to order anything at all in the drive-through. Three of those times was because the store was so short staffed that they could not take any business at all in the drive-through. One time, about two months ago, the entire crew managed to lock themselves out of the store, and no one had a key so they were effectively out of business as a result. The last time, which was just tonight, the employee told me that the manager walked out and didn't leave them with a till in order to accept cash or other payments! Putting aside for one moment, the sheer levels of incompetence and comical ineptitude that it takes to lock out an entire crew OR leave a crew without a till, more than once the staff in the drive-through was exceptionally rude. I presume that this location is owned by a franchisee. If I were Jack-in-the-Box corporate working with the local franchisees in the Spokane Valley, I would set up a mandatory meeting with that franchise owner, and I would give them one chance to fix all of these issues or else pull their franchise entirely. I believe that a great start would be to fire the entire management team and start over! This store has failed me so many times in the last six months that they are dead to me! For what it is worth... the Jack-in-the-Box store at 711 North Sullivan is great, and they will get all of my business from now on. Never in my life have I ever experienced a fast food restaurant that has so consistently and abysmally failed me on so many occasions... It is...
Read moreI just had a gross experience at this Jack in the Box. After placing our order (which I did get the impression then they were not interested in providing their service) we went to the window and they asked for photo ID rudely which I was surprised but told her I didn't have ID and because of her unprofessional manner asked for her name and employee ID and for her manager. She said she was the manager and closed the window on me. We drove to the front and I went to the front door but it was locked (at about 7:25PM Sunday, January 1st). There were the night crew and I pointed at who I figured to be a supervisor through the door windows because he wasn't wearing a hat and the man who takes the orders was looking at him for direction. They opened the door and I told him I wanted the manager and he said he was and I explained that the girl at the window said she was the manager (she didn't give a name, but she was blonde with a pony tail) and he said she's a shift lead and he's the manager and I asked for his name (2-3 times) and he said Matt Leaf. I told him I want to file a complaint and he told me to leave or he would call the cops and I told him to call the cops and he closed the door which hit my hand/wrist and I went to McDonald's instead. I will be pursuing this. I felt harassed and will be reporting this to the BBB and...
