Read moreI love this specific Wake Up Call store! I like the people, and the service. The Granita’s also taste better here than at any other location. I would highly recommend this Wake Up Call to anyone that wants a good coffee drink, and fast friendly service. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••UPDATE ••••••••••••••••••••••••••
I found out about a week ago that a Barista that I really loved has been fired. Her name is Kylie. She was told she was fired because she wasn’t moving in the same direction as the company. Will someone explain to me how working at a drive thru coffee shop is going to be a career choice for an adolescent that is also going to school? No one that works at one if these places. Plans on making it their career. They work there to pay their bills. You can’t live off of what these people make working at Wake Up Call! So I wonder what direction they wanted her to go. I mean she opened. She closed. She knew almost everyone who came to get coffee. She knew what their order was before they ordered it. I mean the list goes on. I think she more than did her job. She got to know the people. She referred to me as her Mom. She’s top notch if you ask me. I think Corporate needs to get a few phone calls to complain about this. That’s what I’m...
Read morePersonally I have been to all Wake Up Call stands all around Spokane, and I have never had such horrible experiences at any other stand but this one. The managers don’t know how to be managers and the baristas are rude and don’t know how to treat customers. I am done going to this stand, I also want to mention that I’m pretty sure they don’t check there milk for expiration dates, everytime I got a coffee here my stomach would hurt and cramp so bad. On another note I would also like to say that about a month ago I went through the drive thru and a girl named Sydney was taking my order, she was completely rude and the tone in her voice was so disrespectful towards me (this wasn’t the first time either) so I decided to confront her on her attitude. I also talked to the male manager and since then everytime I see Sydney at the window helping the car in front of me, by the time I get to the window she’s gone. Sounds to me like the manager told her to avoid me, but in all reality she’s a big girl, she just needs to put her big panties on and suck it up, just because she chooses to treat her customers this way, she needs to deal with the consequences of it. I definitely don’t suggest going to this stand, very disappointed with the whole...
