The girls here are so sweet and energetic. They really made for an amazing experience. I usually go to the evergreen location because it’s closer to home but we were heading to the dog park and my pup got so spoiled!! I got the blue tea which was really nice and refreshing! He got a pupcup to die for! He lost his cute little mind and almost took us out with his tail it was wagging so hard

The drive-thru line isn’t moving. They have one person taking orders, but inside it seems like there isn’t enough staff to actually complete them, so the wait time is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they have an electronic sign displayed saying they’ve been awarded the best drive-thru in Spokane, because that’s nowhere near the truth. They have a lot of room for improvement.

James, Rae, Makayla and Ki are awesome. Fast, super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. They know my drinks, they are really nice and have a great attitude and are just fantastic employees ☺️ Green Bluff apple cider served here! I had the pleasure of visiting the Wakeup Call North Pines location recently, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was, thanks to the Manager Hailee. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and warmth made me feel welcome and at home. Hailee's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every aspect of my visit was perfect truly stood out.

Not only did she ensure a seamless check-in process, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate a special request I had, making me feel like a valued customer. Hailee's exceptional communication skills and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made the entire experience memorable.

Her expertise in managing the team was evident in the impeccable cleanliness of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. It's clear that her leadership sets a high standard for the entire team, and it reflects in the outstanding service they provide.

I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my stay, all thanks to Manager Hailee. She embodies the essence of excellent hospitality, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wakeup Call North Pines to anyone seeking a top-notch experience. Five stars simply don't do justice to the level of service I encountered. Thank you, Hailee, for making my visit truly...

I love this specific Wake Up Call store! I like the people, and the service. The Granita’s also taste better here than at any other location. I would highly recommend this Wake Up Call to anyone that wants a good coffee drink, and fast friendly service. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••UPDATE ••••••••••••••••••••••••••

I found out about a week ago that a Barista that I really loved has been fired. Her name is Kylie. She was told she was fired because she wasn’t moving in the same direction as the company. Will someone explain to me how working at a drive thru coffee shop is going to be a career choice for an adolescent that is also going to school? No one that works at one if these places. Plans on making it their career. They work there to pay their bills. You can’t live off of what these people make working at Wake Up Call! So I wonder what direction they wanted her to go. I mean she opened. She closed. She knew almost everyone who came to get coffee. She knew what their order was before they ordered it. I mean the list goes on. I think she more than did her job. She got to know the people. She referred to me as her Mom. She’s top notch if you ask me. I think Corporate needs to get a few phone calls to complain about this. That’s what I’m...

Personally I have been to all Wake Up Call stands all around Spokane, and I have never had such horrible experiences at any other stand but this one. The managers don’t know how to be managers and the baristas are rude and don’t know how to treat customers. I am done going to this stand, I also want to mention that I’m pretty sure they don’t check there milk for expiration dates, everytime I got a coffee here my stomach would hurt and cramp so bad. On another note I would also like to say that about a month ago I went through the drive thru and a girl named Sydney was taking my order, she was completely rude and the tone in her voice was so disrespectful towards me (this wasn’t the first time either) so I decided to confront her on her attitude. I also talked to the male manager and since then everytime I see Sydney at the window helping the car in front of me, by the time I get to the window she’s gone. Sounds to me like the manager told her to avoid me, but in all reality she’s a big girl, she just needs to put her big panties on and suck it up, just because she chooses to treat her customers this way, she needs to deal with the consequences of it. I definitely don’t suggest going to this stand, very disappointed with the whole...
