Delicious! The Ahi and salmon are always very fresh. I love all the ingredient selections. The sauces are delicious. Excellent quality & big portions for a fair price. I love that you can substitute fresh greens instead of rice!

I would give them 5 stars solely for the food, but they really need to work on customer service. They regularly don't pick up the phone. Several times I've tried to call in a pick up order and it's taken me 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone. Then, there is usually a language challenge with the person taking the order, so it has proven frustrating to try and place and get our (correct) take out orders. They say they have ice cream rolls, but every time we've tried to order them, they have some reason why they can't make them.

Lastly, the gentleman who usually works the counter really needs to works on his manners. His English is very poor and he couldn't really understand us, even though we were mostly just pointing at what we wanted, which I'm fine with, but he was hostile and very unfriendly. Terrible customer service, the owner or manager was extremely rude. Practically yelled at us while we were ordering our meal and to top it off when we ordered our poke bowl to go he didn’t even follow the instructions and did what he wanted. Worst customer service ever and the gentleman that came in after us was also appalled at his manner. Notably when we entered the Poke Express he seemed upset that we came in, he then carried his conversation with whoever he was speaking with on his phone and did not even acknowledge us until we said can you help us. We ordered poke bowl and ice cream. He over charged us on the ice cream evidently it is no longer 6.99 but now it’s a different price. After serving us the ice cream I told him that he was missing some ingredients and I pointed out on the paper menu that he did not give us the total amount of ingredients. Honestly not sure how he keeps this establishment open from the treatment he gives customers, I hope he can change his attitude and give at least the bare minimum of customer service because this was down...

The ice cream and poke taste yummy. The place is a mess, though. Sometimes the kids working there leave the poke fridge lid open for a long time and walk away. This lack of protocol, organization, and general cleanliness concerns me. This place is not for the folk with OCD! I have been here three times in the last month. It was always yummy and the poke never made me sick, despite the poke fridge being opened for what felt like too long. But, I won’t go back because it’s just a mess. Also, it’s unlikely the youths working here could give fewer “cares” about me as a customer. They aren’t busy cleaning or working when not immediately serving a customer. They never cheerfully welcome anyone. When I asked about all the stacks of supplies (which just seems unsanitary) they expressed that no one knew where to put it. It’s inexplicable as it appears like a small child could be crushed of one of the towers of bowls or forks came tumbling into the walkway.
