I did an online order for carry out. I went and picked it up. I was waiting in the lobby for what was 5 min before the pizza clerk looked up from his phone. It wasn’t even him that got the attention it was the other female pizza clerk. She was a brunette she was like there’s someone there and meanwhile I’ve been there for a long time I’m also a big dude I stick out so this was intentional for sure. The cell phone obsessed clerk was a slender guy with dark hair and sub scruff on his face super rude guy with no customer service skills at all no wonder they want him on the nights hoping he won’t deter away customers during the day like he has me during the nights. The obvious pizza delivery guy was sitting in the lobby and he didn’t say a word just watched me as I waited to be attended to like a normal thing at a pizza place he didn’t get up to tell the male pizza clerk to do his job. There was no apologies and the demeanor of the staff was such as I was imposing on their time and causing them strife for simply keeping your ovens working and your lights on by buying a pizza and keeping them paid and whoever owns this pitiful pizza joint alive and well too. So what I’m trying to get to is that y’all have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Some of the rudest passive aggressive jerks work at this dominos. Why do you treat your customers this way. The cherry on the top and this was so intentional I watched as it unfolded. They went to the dishwasher guy or maybe the maintenance man to make sure he could get me a warm sofa from their restock instead of like a billion different cold 2 liters I saw in the fridge. It was pretty messed up. Why give me a warm room temp Fanta and not a chilled one. What did I do to deserve this at your dominos. ? Please tell me what I did I say this as a warning to The Valleyites in Spokane DO NOT go to the dominos in The Valley for they employ some of the most passive aggressive rude employees I’ve ever come across. Also another cherry on top one of the pizzas the chicken bacon jalapeño wasn’t cut like no one did the normal pizza cuts on that pizza. The extravaganza pizza was though good job half your job was completed. Avoid this pizza place you guys...
Read moreThis location has proven that they just cannot or choose not get things right. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread.. Due to the lack of cleaning their work area there were green peppers, onion, and some sausage pieces throughout it randomly. When I called to advise them, the worker laughed about it. After about a month I called to order pizza, the Girl Hunter that answered the phone did not know what she was doing at all, and had to keep putting me on hold to ask her manager, when it came time to pay, i gave her my debit card information and she said that my security code was wrong, i went over the information with her. Hunter placed me on hold to get help from her manager Kayleen, after a very long hold Hunter returned and said that my security code was not working, I stated to Hunter I would go online and to purchase my order because has always worked before. I decided to check my account before I placed my online order to find out that Hunter and her Manager ran my card charging my account 8 times!! I called the store back, and spoke directly with Kayleen. I advised her what had happened charging my card 8 times, she said it declined. I explained that my account shows 8 different charges, and asked why was it ran so many times, Kayleen responded to me with "well you want food so I kept trying, what do you want me to do about it". I responded to her "I do not want to be charged for a product I did not get" She replied to me with " I dont know what you want me to do about it", "not my problem" ... I asked for the General Managers name and contact information so I can deal with this matter further. Kayleen was very reluctant to provide the General Managers name, or what times he would be available at the store, she just said "I dont know" "I guess I can check the schedule". I will now choose another pizza company that will not be like this. Even if they are more expensive will be worth it to be treated with respect. Maybe Domino's should consider who they are hiring at their stores, especially with the minimum wage increase, such poor customer care will result in people going elsewhere, this is NOT the only pizza...
Read moreThis is usually my favorite Domino's and is my "go to" place to order pizza for my kids. Tonight's order was not spectacular. I ordered a medium pepperoni and olive pizza and boneless wings on the app. As I pulled up to the store I got a notification on the app that my food was ready. I pessed the "skip the line" option and proceeded to the counter. The employee was friendly and greeted me but informed me that my food was not ready. Odd...I am assuming an employee has to press the "ready" button somewhere in order for the app to send me a ready message? Waited another 8 to 10 minutes. When the employee indicated the food was ready he initially presented me with two pizzas. I said this is not my food. I ordered a pizza and wings. He was about to tell me to wait while they started my wings. Alecia, the pizza maker stepped in and noticed they were ready to give me the wrong food and found my wings. Close call, and they ended up getting it right. Judy not the level of service I typically get here. Another guy and his kid were there before me and still waiting. When we got home the pepperoni and olive pizza had quite a bit of small sausage pieces and a mushroom on it. This is for a picky kid. I did get him to pick it off but that does not always work with kids. Seems odd. Usually a great store. I will certainly go back, this hopefully was a "one off". I will say that all employees were friendly and worked hard to...
