Really painfully awkward visit yesterday. We were going to go here for dinner for restaurant week and we were super excited as the menu looked fantastic.I had a reservation but when we showed up I was surprised to see the casino and restaurant weren’t separated so it was hard to figure out what was going on. We walked back and forth thinking maybe we went to the wrong place. The dining area looked like a bunch of tables thrown together. We then stood at the front for about 10 minutes waiting for someone, anyone to greet us. Multiple staff members walked past us without a glance. Just as we were about to leave someone finally addressed us and had no idea about our reservation. He asked a waitress who just shrugged and said she didn’t know. Then this staff member started screaming about my reservation, running around trying to figure it out. But given the long wait with no interaction, the strange smell of the restaurant, and the worker screaming about my reservation, we left. He then followed us out and asked if we wanted to dine here, but I politely declined because wtf… strangest...
Read moreFirst of all, even if you're 24 years old, they won't let you drink if you still have a vertical ID, so my friend wasn't allowed to order a drink. This may be common, but I've never seen it happen before. Our waitress was nice, but not very professional. She started being a lot less nice when she realized I was the only one ordering drinks and the two guys we were with just wanted soda. I ordered a lemon drop, it was the first lemon drop I've ever had that wasn't good, way too sour, not enough sweet. Tasted like pure lemon juice. I don't drink girly drinks often, but when I do, I like them to be made correctly. I paid for one drink and tipped. Then later I ordered another drink and tipped. First tab was $8 total, second was $9 total. When I checked my bank account today I saw I was charged $8 and $16. I didn't keep my receipt because I didn't expect the waitress to blatantly overcharge me, so I have no way to prove it. I miss when this place was Old Matthews, it was divey, but they...
Read moreIf you want to feel like you are just another dollar then come here. If you want to feel like a burden for spending your hard earned dollars ,then come here.dont even try to spark up a conversation with anyone . They will just shut you down and ask if you want to spend more money. It's like a mobile game in real life.. Update, I came back and tried to give this place another shot because it's close to where I live. Terri is cool and that's about it. I didn't do anything wrong except ask the bartender about a song that was playing on the speaker and immediately I was shunned. I told the security before I left that the customer service was lacking and he said , and I quote have a good night. Like it didn't matter at all. Last I checked when you spend money and don't cause no problems this business should be grateful. It's cool though I'll never spend...
