Only rated this place a 3 because of the service this place offers. Food is delicious. First time going there with my brother and we were greeted & taken our order by a younger male, my brother and I then proceeded to take a seat. They were a bit busy with customers that were there prior so we knew it was going to be a little before we got our order. Anyway, 10, 20, minutes passed and we still hadn’t gotten our food and the staff just kept looking at us including the man who took our order. 45 minutes came around and at this time we were the only ones in the store. We asked about the food and they proceeded to tell us that we never ordered anything, when the man clearly took our order and payment. Then what seemed like the manager was super sweet and offered to give us the food for free but we were on a time crunch & had to leave. we were really upset after that But then decided to give the place another try and they did the SAME THING.
