Atilano's Mexican Food - N Division — Restaurant in Spokane

Wait times are outrageous (as many of the other reviews state...I’ve sat in the drive thru and in store 25+min. Before even getting an update on my food) Cashier girl was terrible at every aspect of customer service. I have tried this place 5 times now on the chance they were just having off days.....unfortunately for them today was my last. I’m not an expert in the restaurant industry, and I understand everyone taste things differently. However, my not likening the food due to what I though was a lack of any flavor , has no role in the 1 star review. Management or ownership have to have an idea there is a problem as they have received poor reviews consistently over the past few months and then some. Clearly they do not care that they have poor customer service (or any other problems) as there is not a single review response on any of their reviews, and there is no sign within any review showing they care enough to attempt to fix the problem. Unfortunately now days with the internet you can not sell terrible customer service even if the food going with it is great. Sorry guys but if you don’t care to make my experience an even slightly good one then I don’t care to help grow your business with my patronage. I would give this a 0 if possible. I'm normally not one to complain but when the kids bite into their food and simultaneously say ow, I think it's time to speak up. This is the first time we ordered from here, after driving past it everyday on the way home we decided to try it. We ordered 12 crispy beef tacos and one 2 beef enchilada plate.

Where to start:

The crispy tacos were so over cooked that they tasted burnt on any part that didn't have filling. When my 6 year old son bit his, it cut his gums so bad they bled for 20 mins, a piece of his gum was almost scalloped off. They were so tiny it really was not worth $2.20 a piece (the online menu is inaccurate btw).

The enchilada plate ($7.50) was supposed to be beef but it was only cheese; seriously only two tortillas with some cheese, rolled up with some of the blandest enchilada sauce I have ever tasted dumped on top—literally swimming in it.

Overall the food was either extremely bland or overcooked and definitely not worth the 20 minutes I waited or the $38 I paid for it.

Luke warm, raw crunchy potatoes and barely melted cheese. Went again months after this experience, tonight. At this point I just accept that every time I go there I get upset. She asked me for 19 cents so she didn't have to make 81 cents, maybe they're short on quarters. That's fine. I gave her a quarter, she tried to short my change back, and asked me "you want six cents?" Judgingly when I asked for the rest of my change, which i asked for because they short me EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY CAN. Asked if I wanted green or red salsa and I said as much green as you can please and right in front of me dropped one red and one green into the bag and shut the window. At this point their customer service is just so trash that they obviously don't care about their customers. Food sits on the grill until someone orders it so it's probably under or over cooked and you're gonna get side eyed if you mention any of the terrible service...
