Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Spokane

Ok Chipotle, we need to have a talk. When I come in to get my delicious Chipotle burrito I don’t want to have an anxiety inducing experience. I want to just tell you what I want on my burrito. I don’t want to be yelled at using worlds that are hardly understandable. I don’t need to hear “WHITERICEBROWNRICE?” At the loudest volume possible. I don’t need to be asked “WHATKINAPROTEIN?” In a voice that will scare small children. And when it comes to the salsa just let me tell you what kind I want. I know what I want and no matter how loud or incomprehensible your employees ask me I won’t change my mind. This is what I hear, “picomediuhot”

Also why are you trying to rush people through the line at break neck speed? We waited 3 mins in line. Being yelled at like we are at burrito boot camp isn’t going to help. It’s going to cause us to panic and forget to order chips and guac.

I guess what I’m asking is to maybe turn the tunes down a little so we don’t have to holler at each other, don’t make me feel like I’m an inconvenience that you’re trying to rush out of the store and just, for the love of guacamole let me just tell you what I want on my burrito.

Quick question to management: Why are the fajita vegetables always out at this location?

When I come here, the fajita vegetables are always "going to be ready in 10 to 20 minutes." To add, the 2 employees at the back who are preparing the rice, etc. always look bamboozled when the employee up front asks when the fajita vegetables will be ready. *Really. It's drop-dead hilarious.

Parking is never full around this venue. Usually vehicles lining up for Starbucks take up & block the flow of traffic in this area.

Depending (with a capital D) on who you get to put together your meal, you'd either have an employee who'll give you small amounts from the food selection; or, you'll get an employee who puts a decent amount. You'll notice this at the get-go when they start putting on the rice. You'll either be given a decent amount, or an amount for a bird.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE.

Tables & chairs are usually disorganized. The venue could you a hourly sweep.
