Ordering at the drive through: As I am ordering the young lady cross sells between every item interrupting the next request I am ordering. Annoying and not Her fault. I've grown tired of this push of over cross selling policy that is obviously a corporate demand. At this point I requested that she not interrupt and let me continue ordering all the while using please and thank you and unwittingly aware of the fact that I had used an explicative. Once at the window, the young man assisting the young lady handed drinks out the window with no carrier and 3 straws for 4 drinks and then said "you rounded up right?" Then slammed the window shut. I didn't realize until later that they had charged me to an even dollar amount for charity without asking permission. Not a big deal as it's going to a good cause, but still another concern - that is theft. As the last bag of food came out the window, I reminded him we needed another straw. While holing the straw as if it were a hostage and shaken at my face, proceeded to scold me for using a swear word. I replied back with some more colorful language and requested the manager. I thought better of it and did not want to prevent folks behind me to suffer waiting because of what was going on. I told the young man to have the manager meet me by the south door. Hindsight, I don't blame the manager for not coming to meet me so I called the store after waiting 10 minutes. Not only was there no apology, but at the end of an unproductive interaction with a manager and listening to insults the manager hung up on me.
Needless to say, I will not patronize this place ever again. Morale of the story is that extra meat and cheese is more important than your satisfaction. They want money so badly - they'll just take it from you...
Read moreSince this store opened it has constantly delivered quality service and the product you'd expect, I'd even say it was the best Taco Bell in the county. Lately though the food has severely declined. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but 3 times in a row is the type of consistency I'd like to avoid.
Visit 1: Soft tacos for my kids and myself. Beef was cold, like it had just been pulled from the fridge and tossed into the taco.
Visit 2: Again soft tacos but this time I added a steak quesadilla and it was cool, the cheese wasn't melted and the beef was not warm.
Visit 3: Its been a few weeks, thinking I'd give it one last shot. Hey! The tacos were warm and normal again. I was billed for an item that wasn't in the bag, a first for me here. The cheese dip was cold and had to be microwaved and again the quesadilla was cold.
If you would like to do something better, I'd recommend quality control. The service has always been great, the employees are very friendly but I cannot believe that it's been so consistently terrible lately. Maybe I'll try it again in a year or so. Oh, the Pepsi has always...
Read moreHad a mobile order witch is how I usually order, I've never had a problem with this location before in my 40-50 orders between me and my roommate, usually the food is fresh and made to order
As usual I picked up my order, went to my buddy house to hangout, I got to my burrito and realized that it was much lighter then it usually is, witch was even more concerning sense I got extra meet, cheese and sour cream in it(witch I got none of unfortunately)
I opened it up to see what was going on inside and to say the least I'm disappointed, first problem I've had with this location.
I will most likely still be returning to the location, the late night drive thru workers are always extremely kind to me and get my drinks as full as they can, and usually they give me some small talk while the food is getting finished unless someone comes up behind me, it's one of the better Tacobells in the Spokane area but I can't look past teg burrito expesily when I paid for extra stuff to be...
