Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane

Came in for dinner with the wife right at dinner time. We were the only ones there for two hours. Not a single guest in the huge building.

First, the menus were printed on someones home printer that needed toner / ink or cleaned. Huge streaks covered all the copies making it hard to see the menu items. Secondly, because the original menus were obviously larger than an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper, whoever made the copies had to shrink down the menu to fit on the smaller cheap home paper. It was so small neither of us could read the menus. I asked the waitress to read it to me and she could barely see it either. I asked if we were the only customers to complain and she said everyone does.

The third thing was the price. Holy Toledo. I ordered a large pizza and two salads and a coke. The price was nearly 70 dollars. When I heard the price I choked and said there was a mistake. Poor girl told us sheepishly that our pizza was over 30 dollars... WOOOOOW.

Salad bar was just ok, but the fact it was like 12 bucks each knocked it down.

The only reason this reciece 2 stars versus 1, was because the actual pizza itself was very hot, crispy, and tasty. It wasn't 35 dollars tasty, but if I would have paid 25 for that pizza MAX I would give the pizza I had an 8 out of 10. But that cost! And I don't by the "minimum wage went way up to prices have to".... Maybe if they both increased at the same %.... But the prices seemed so inflated I was hoping they included the cure for cancer in each bite.

Felt depressed when we left. Went home and held my dog.

At the beginning of the pandemic I ordered a large pizza from round table. I remembered how great it was and my family was excited to have it for dinner. I paid with my debit card when I ordered it and forgot to leave a tip so when I got there I told the younger man to add a 7 dollar tip. He seemed surprised and repeatedly thanked me. When I got home I saw the pizza was the exact opposite of what I had ordered. I had said no tomatoes and they had half tomatos and a few other things were wrong. We could only eat a few pieces of it. I called to speak to a manager and the same young man answered. He sounded so sorry. I started to think maybe it was wrong because I didn't originally leave a tip. He said a manager would call me back. I never got a call back so I tried a few days later and they said the same thing. Then finally days later a manager called me back and I explained what had happened. She said she would send me some coupons in the mail for pizza. Never ever got them....and I never called back and we don't eat there anymore because of this. Poor customer service tbh. And I honestly think that young man thought I wasn't gonna tip and that's why it happened and that's why he was so over the top sorry when I called. It was odd. Definitely not the round table...

The pizza at this location is almost always very good, my best friend whom had passed away about two months ago, lived just a short distance from the south hill location, and he'd drive across town to come up to your location, because your quality of pizza is very good. I had ordered a delivery pizza last night and it was good like usual, unfortunately my order wasn't complete, I had asked for a couple small sides of Zesty Red Sauce to be added to my order. Madison had taken my order and she was very polite and professional, unfortunately your driver had forgotten to get the bag with the sides in it for my order. I asked the driver for some plates and Parmesan cheese packets and he had none. I called your location and asked to speak to the manager, Mikaela took my call and she was very rude about the situation and made me feel so awful for calling with a complaint, she even Hung up on me! at one point, when I had asked her if she had a fair resolution to this problem. I usually had great service when I'd speak with one of your previous managers, "Sonita and Mak", etc...
