Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Spokane

Worst experience ever at a DQ. Waited more than 30 minutes for food (3 chicken strip meals) and asked about them because we had an appointment coming up. Nobody could be bothered to help the 1 girl who was doing everything she could and was trying to keep it all together while food kept piling up and getting cold. Multiple walk out customers and refunds. The manager was so rude to everyone and couldn't be bothered. One character that came in not wanting to pay for anything ended up walking out 3 times with arm loads of food the manager gave him because of all the cancelled orders. The manager had excuses alright that everyone in the back was busy and got agitated when I pointed out that they kept making orders as the cashier kept dealing with her one problem customer that wanted food without paying. (He got everyone's cold food and melting treats). Nobody wants cold burgers, chicken, fries and melted ice cream because it sits for 10-20 minutes. Very disappointing. My family has patronized this location for years and that absolutely ended today. A food delivery Coordinator would have solved the issue and a team effort as apposed to each person doing their own thing and a manager that manages more and argues less with guests. Everyone in the dining area agreed the cashier was not being supported by her coworkers and thanked her for her polite and calm hard working demeanor even as things Fell apart...

Unfortunately, I go to Dairy Queen very often, and this one in particular, because it's close to my house and I have a terrible sweet tooth. For one, their customer service is most always very poor. Secondly, if you upset them in any way they will sabotage your food. My girlfriend went there last night and ordered two large grasshopper mousse pie blizzards with brownie pieces and a peanut buster parfait. She showed up near closing time, but decided to go through because there were already two other cars. There were no brownies in either of the blizzards, and they were unmixed (all the mint and chocolate was at the bottom of the cup). The peanut buster parfait was the worse though. There was so much salt it was inedible, and no peanuts only the little soft inner shells, as though they just dumped what was left at the bottom of the container into her parfait (very obvious it was on purpose). I took a small bite and had to spit it out it was so bad. I want to call and complain, but from past experience and other peoples reviews that seems rather pointless.
