Ok so I took my daughter here yesterday and I was so disgusted and so not pleased with the lack of cleanliness and the staff not enforcing the mask mandate which they had posted all over their facility. There were a total of 5 people, besides staff, out of about 50, wearing a mask. To make things worse, I went to the bathroom so we could wash our hands and THERE WASN’T ANY SOAP!!! Basically, everyone who went to the bathroom didn’t wash their hands and then came back to the trampoline park and proceeded to touch anything and everything with their nasty hands! Even better, my daughter had on brand new light gray leggings and after playing around on the trampolines, they were all dingy and tinted brown! Filthy! Do they not wipe the trampolines down at the end of the day?? I’m seriously confused as to how they can post signs everywhere stating that masks are a requirement in order for them to remain open, yet barely ANYONE had a mask on????? Yes, I know that it is up to the individual as a parent to mask themselves and their children, so they are just as much at fault, however, as an establishment, they should be enforcing the MANDATE, especially with their signs posted everywhere. Clearly, it’s just for show in attempt to appear that they are following state mandated guidelines. So, for anyone who does care about keeping the community safe by wearing masks, I wouldn’t take your kids here. I know I will not ever again. Hopefully, we’ll have a better experience at the Flying Squirrel next weekend.

DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT PASS GO. DO NOT COLLECT $200. This place is an accident waiting to happen!¹ The management of this place is obviously negligent. The facility is filthy, as many other people have pointed out. From the floors, to the walls, to the carpeting, and the bathrooms... There wasn't a single square foot of this park that has been cleaned for at least a month. Staffing is as thin as liability insurance will allow it. At no point did we see any staff walking around ensuring people were following the "rules". If they were, they weren't wearing any uniform to easily identify them as employees. The "46 inch rule" is not enforced at all, and we saw 18 month old children jumping with very large teenagers. Don't come here expecting staff to know the rules of their own facility. The structures themselves are poorly maintained, with lots of rips in the netting, zip ties to hold fencing together, and not enough crash pads around to properly cover the floor. There are tons of holes cut into the platforms, maybe for the bounce houses to have their fans in? It's unclear. I also noticed that the climbing structure is enticing for larger children to climb on top of. There are no safe guards to ensure children cannot climb to the very top. If you wanted to, you could just walk into the park and just start jumping. There's nobody standing at the filthy, dust covered desk in the back. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND ONLY TIME HERE. 0/10 🤢

My recent experience at Get Air Trampoline Park has left me deeply disappointed and concerned for the safety of patrons, especially children. During our visit, the facility exhibited shocking levels of neglect in terms of cleanliness. The mats were visibly dirty, and everything felt sticky to the touch, indicating a lack of basic hygiene standards.

Unfortunately, these issues became more than just aesthetic concerns. Shortly after our visit, my 8-year-old son developed impetigo, a highly contagious rash around his mouth. This condition is directly linked to unsanitary conditions like those we encountered at Get Air. It required medical attention and antibiotics for treatment. This has been a distressing experience for our son and our family.

Adding insult to injury was the indifferent response from management when we raised our concerns. The manager's casual dismissal and vague assurances about nightly mat cleaning did little to address the serious health risks posed by their inadequate cleaning practices. I called the health department to express my concern for the lack of health and safety measures of this facility.

Additionally, I overheard a staff member lamenting chronic understaffing issues and lax oversight from corporate. This underscores systemic failures in maintaining a safe and properly managed environment for guests.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Get Air Trampoline Park to anyone, particularly families with young children. The disregard for cleanliness and safety, coupled with dismissive customer service, is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made in hygiene standards, staffing levels, and management responsiveness, potential visitors should beware.

This experience has been a sobering reminder of the importance of prioritizing customer safety and maintaining rigorous cleanliness standards in recreational facilities. Get Air Trampoline Park has failed on both counts, and I hope my review serves as a...

Worst birthday ever!!! They are so unorganized!!! We booked room #2 and got placed down stairs. We booked a private room because we have tons of small children. Then we ordered 10 pizzas and only got 6. When I told her she was like oh we forgot to order them it will be another 30 minutes. Really?!?!! I said forget it in not waiting another 30 minute for my pizza when the pizzas were 20 minutes late any way. I kept having to ask for more forks plates and cups. Btw it is $3 for 5 waters. It isn't included in bday package. And $23 per jumper so if a parent goes with their 2 year old that counts as 2 jumpers just a fyi. We spoke to Taylor and devyn about our situations. They were super rude and didn't even care. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! They are so disorganized. Then we received a t-shirt included in our package and she gave me a little toddlers shirt when my son is 10 like really?!?!?!? No apology or sympathy or nothing just oh well you should of asked. No customer service skills what so ever guess when you work around little kids all day that's how you start acting huh well that's what I got!!!!!! That was my first and last time there!!!!!!! Its sad that half of my guests had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough seats. And yes I did tell them I was having 30 people and we got 12 seats like really?!?!?! Horrible!!!! Take your business somewhere else. And yes I am in contact with corporate about this situation because it is not acceptable when I am paying $500 for a...
