Excellent customer service with super smiles 2x in the last month! 3x as of 1/15/2020! Again EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE and FOOD!

My sons love to do their chores and practice their manners so that they can earn 1 special treat meal or toy each week.

Two weeks in a row they specifically asked for A & W in the mall! We don't like the mall nor do we like to shop. Yet, I drove us to A & W at the mall twice so far in January!

We ordered the combo special meal of 2 burger, 2 fries, 2 drinks each time!

THANK YOU A&W team at Northtown for providing excellent service, kindness, and delicious food for my eager little boys!

Due to Covid risks, they gobbled it all up in the safety of our pick up truck. All that was left each time was their grateful contented smiles and "THANK YOU MOMMA!" You all helped me accomplish happy memories!

Much kudos! Please read this earned PRAISE REPORT...

This review consists of my 3 visits from 12/29/20, 9/14/20, & 6/7/20. Burgers are okay. they are just okay. The Bacon Burger is just eh. the bacon was kinda cheap. burnt, and didn't taste that great. Their BBQ burger on the other hand was really really good but is NOT worth the high price tag of 9$ Their chicken strip basket/slider is NOT OKAY. ITS GROSS, ITS DISGUSTING, it's poor quality and it tastes like just absolute rubbish. The fries were okay. over salty but okay. but the chicken? No the chicken was absolutely the worst thing iv placed in my mouth in 2020, and quite a few things have been in it. AVOID the chicken "strips". Burgers are okay but over priced. and their 2 burger 2 fry 2 drink deal is just a sham. the burgers are really tiny. worth $1.00 at...

We had a rather awkward experience, we ordered Fish Sliders, and had her repeat the order but, gave us Fish and chips instead. I am not happy with that part of it at all. Emma was our cashier. Give them credit they did fix the order but with a snarl and a glare. I will not be going back to A&W again. But the Fish Sliders were delicious I'll give it that.
