Cinnabon — Restaurant in Spokane

I honestly wish I could do negative stars. I purchased Cinnabon on Christmas Eve for my small family of 3. Went home and instantly (tried) ate a cold roll because who could resist! But, it was absolutely Hard as heck for a Cinnabon roll. A place I frequent because I work in the mall. Two of us each bit one and realized right away that the integrity of the Cinnabon was wrong. Then proceeded to warm the rest of one up ( like the exact instructions say) and it was still super hard and wouldn’t cut through. I closed the box and kept them ALL besides 1 & 1/2 of a pack of 15. Messaged the manager I’m assuming and kept my receipt. I asked if I could return the box that I kept and did NOT get to share with my family on Christmas. NO RESPONSE. they must not want to deal with this, especially sad that this was a Christmas thing. I’ll probably never go to Cinnabon again after this. Beware how they treat people and don’t respond. We normally love Cinnabon, but had a very disappointing experience today. At the Northtown Mall in Spokane, WA we were going to finish off our date night by sharing one of their giant cinnamon rolls. While the gal at the counter is finishing up serving the couple in front of us, the other gal I'm assuming was the shift manager with short hair and ear buds in her ears starts turning off all the lights and throwing away trays full of perfectly good food all the while completely ignoring us. We ask if we're too late and the gal at the counter says, "well we can't serve you that stuff (pointing to the trays the other gal is continuing to throw away) but you can buy these prepackaged boxes" which contain 4 COLD cinnamon rolls. We said "no thanks" and drove to McDonald's and gave THEM our business. Sad they lost money over a 1...

Ordered a caramel pecan cinnabon & asked to sample it but they weren't able to... I wasn't satisfied with the caramel 1" it want fresh & didn't taste anything like the cinnabon I was craving SOOOOOO badly when I was leaving the mall... 😫 Didn't like it at all. So I called them &asked4 an exchange 4 a regular bun & offered 2 write a awesome review but they refused & said they couldn't extant if their wasn't anything physically wrong with the bun so thought I'd share my experience with those wanting to know.. I wish they weren't so expensive ten I wouldn't have a problem buying...
