Very frustrated with our experience. We were significantly overcharged for our meal and when I brought this to the attention of the staff (immediately after the transaction) they did not or would not comprehend the matter. I requested the manager and the manager likewise struggled to comprehend the situation but finally acknowledged that I was correct but refused to refund our transaction and recharge us correctly because the transaction was finished and we had “already taken our food.” Note that I was standing at the register this entire time and had never walked away; this entire exchange happened in the time I was standing there. The manager offered to give me some sides in the equivalent value that I had been overcharged and condescendingly told me to be more mindful the next time. I always go during the day due to that fact and today there was a wonderful girl working SOLO since what I'm assuming was opening, which in a busy mall, is a daunting task. She had everything stocked, fresh, and cleaned; and had amazing customer service, even when dealing with customers complaining their food wasn't 'saucy' enough (we know the types who take advantage of solo workers to get free stuff; personally everything on the line looked better than most Panda Express' I've gone to) I don't know if these reviews do anything (and I know it totally looks like I'm advertising) but as someone who has managed three fast food businesses, that was a textbook example of how to deal with entitled and rude customers while maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment, if I could give more...
Read moreThis location gets 5 stars for going above and beyond in the customer service department. I had a restaurant cancel a catering order on me the morning of a big lunch meeting for 40 people. I called Fatima right before the lunchtime rush and asked her to prepare a lunch for 40 people as soon as possible. She went above and beyond to make it happen, all with a smile. The customer service here is outstanding! I was so impressed by the staff and their can-do attitudes that I wanted to leave a tip for the employees working that day. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t take tips but they would appreciate me leaving a comment. I can’t say enough about the employees at this location.
