Hello Sugar on Liberty Lake is a friendly, locally owned and ran by friendly staff of people that make you feel like your one of the family! I ordered a dozen of their donuts! I got to pick 4 different type of flavor options from their VAST Menu of all kinds of donuts! They have your classic donut flavor options that all ages will enjoy! BUT, they have so many flavors of donut dough, too many to name! And talk about the fun toppings and frosting/ glaze options! WOW! All their donuts are classically fried then flipped as always to ensure their donuts are just that perfect shade of golden brown. Finally, this is not all they do at Hello Sugar! Let’s talk beverages! Just to name of their delicious drinks, with my favorite mentioned first, THE COFFEE!! Lattes, espresso with multiple coffee options to enjoy! Yum! Then, they have some sweet and fun, non-coffee drinks and of course the offer THE Red Bull Energy Drink! These are all PERFECTLY HAND-MADE and always made just the way you like.. They offer a VAST variety of classic syrup flavors to add to any beverage, with offering sugar-free options, of course! But, I’m certain I’m forgetting to mention SO MUCH MORE! So, I URGE you to give them a try, you’ll be hooked for life! Ok, Ok, I know, I know, I’m gushing A-LOT about Hello Sugar in this long-winded review, HAHAHA!! But, when I always leave my Liberty Lake Store in a better mood, feeling more positive and hopeful for the crazy day ahead, and a smile that will be glued on my face for the rest of my! I mean, wouldn’t anyone feel like this if you’re ALWAYS greeted warmly, then treated like you’re one of the Hello Sugar family members,?? HOW COULD YOU NOT feel when leaving a place like that?!? Haha! Seriously, IT DOES NOT matter what day of the week it is, or what time of the day it is, or how many people they have lined up in or out of their doors, or just waiting to purchase a gift, or order some sweets, you will always leave feeling BETTER that you did right!! I PROMISE! I leave with yummy treats, and I’m POSITIVE I will be sporting my newly bought T-Shirt, or hoodie or even zip up jacket! And I will DEFINITELY be holding NEW coffee mug, or one of their AWESOME designed CUPS in my FULL hands!! Go Get you some goodness and leave with a smile! After a year of eager anticipation, I finally had the pleasure of visiting this charming shop with a dear friend and her enthusiastic kids for a late morning coffee and doughnut adventure.

We ordered the 2 dozen carousel so each each kid could try the same flavor and rate them on a scale of ick to YUMM! As we savored our treats and sipped our perfect coffee, the joyous chatter of families and friends around us underscored Hello Sugar's role as a community hub where every visit feels like a special occasion.

Normally I have a wonderful time @hellosugar we go every year for the kids birthdays and get free carousels and buy 2 dozen for the class. This year however was different. We ordered to someone with a very off putting disposition at the nettleton location at 8:30 am 8/9. We ordered 2 separate dozens and 2 drinks. Somehow the birthdate on my account was mine and I normally use my child’s for the dozen. I asked how to switch that on my profile and was given no answer. After that waiting on our doughnuts and drinks we were chatting amongst ourselves. Our drinks were finished and we would not have known if we hadn’t looked ourselves after our doughnuts came out because it dawned on us the woman making our drinks never said a word, had just placed them on the counter and walked away. After grabbing our drinks we began to look for napkins. None. Anywhere. In any holder. Okay. So we politely asked, as she rolled her eyes and slips to the back I hear her complaining about how she asked the other girl to do it this morning. “This just isn’t her job.”

Mind you this was my nephews 8th birthday request this is an every year birthday request for my daughter as well. I have always had a wonderful time in Hello sugar. However not a smile, happy birthday, your drinks are ready kiddos or anything. I thought on it for 24 hours and then seen my email to write a review. Truly I never have written one before. However I just thought it needed to be known so maybe the woman running the cashier will remember, it is always 1 experience that can ruin many other...
